Have been to this establishment multiple times and had my first bad experience today. Ordered a "Smoothie and a half" meal and was told a side would come with it. I was rung up for over $11. Considering the meal is supposed to be $7.49 I asked a different employee if the side was included and it wasnt. That brought the price down to $9.52 which was still high. Eventually the manager was able to fix it 10 minutes later but it still took 3 people to figure this out. My turkey/bacon/ranch was also on the ciabatta bread instead of the toasted wheat the last 3 sandwiches were on. Overall the food and smoothies have been good but this experience was particularly cringe-worthy.

When they are open- Clean and the majority of staff is friendly. We have been there at least five times so far. Unfortunately we went twice- once after 8pm a month or so after they opened and the open sign was off but they were still open and this evening we arrived at 7:58pm and the doors were locked... ?! They need to update their hours and stick with them. We love TSC and are considering opening our own but updating online sources is very important especially in todays world.

Smoothies are great and has cool tropical theme. Unfortunately staff is a bunch of miserable teenagers who are obviously is no rush to get the smoothies out. Not that they were rude but it just wasnt a pleasant experience being there. Couldnt wait to get the hell out of dodge. Youve got a great product guys, just missing the culture part!

Alison took my order. I specifically asked if there was dairy in my order. I was told no. When I opened my food it was filled with cheese. Unacceptable experience... If I didnt ask, thats my fault, but when asking a direct question, I expect a direct and accurate answer. Terrible experience, and not vegan friendly in the least bit.

Supposed to close at 9 went there at 8 and the doors were locked and the employees completely ignored us when we knocked just stared at us then turned around. Awful.
