Vietnam cafe restaurant is hands down one of the best Vietnamese food you can find in the area (outside philly) and arguably in the county. They care about what they put out of the kitchen and it shows. Their food is fresh and delicious. I go here at least 2-3 times a month and I was never disappointed. They have a good variety of dishes to offer such as Vietnamese hoagies, pho, seafood noodles, rice dishes, appetizers, traditional Vietnamese dishes and so much more. Food is delicious and the portions are generous. Dont be afraid to try different things other than pho and Vietnamese hoagies; try something else and be adventurous. Locals like it and it is fairly busy at nights specially weekends. You can tell I really like the food, however There is a reason I cant give this restaurant a higher score. I understand that this place gets a lot of take-out orders but I believe aesthetics and cleanliness of the restaurant is very important and it really affects how customers think about the whole operation of the restaurant, not just the guests room. Ive been here many times and I really believe they can and should really do better when it comes to cleaning the tables, floor and especially the bathrooms. It might not affect the food directly, but believe me, it definitely has an effect on the overall experience if you want to eat inside the restaurant.

Food is excellent and comes out quick. Drinks ie coffee, tea, etc are very good aswell. However make sure you get at least two hours prior to closing time (9pm) cause you will annoy the owner/waiter and hell push you out the door no matter how well you tip or how much you spend or if you have finished eating .. mind you Ive eaten here for the past 3 years well over 100 times and brought countless customers to him. . Had a few bad experiences with him among them was, we showed up with a party of about 20 people and had to convince him to let us eat there because he said we had to call ahead with a party that big. Some days hes great some days hes just a rude and difficult person to deal with, and you cant say anything cause he doesnt understand English to well (this does not hinder ordering your food, although general conversation is a bit of a hassel). Also make sure you spend more than 20 dollars if you expect to pay with your card.

This place is always thorough. They always customize my orders to my dietary needs / personal preference and accept the order with a smile. I do have 1 thing to say to about it though. If you treat them like crap, or treat them like youre better, dont expect your food to be made well. The Vietnamese are quite prideful. They have amazing cooks on the native lands and the ones who immigrate over here typical have a lot of French and Vietnamese cooking skills under their belts. Treat them like they deserve and they will cook like you deserve to be cooked for. EDIT: Forgot to mention they grow a lot of their herbs and anything they use seasonal behind the restaurant! They are great farmers and I am pretty positive they dont use anything that would warrant a healthy dieters concern!

We had takeout from this place last night because we were visiting a friend in Souderton, and it knocked us out. This was the best meal weve had since moving to Philly two years ago -- well, the best one that didnt cost $400. No kidding, the flavors were so fresh and intense that we all marveled over the discovery of Vietnamese food this great in a nondescript joint on a small-town side street. What a gem! Three of us ate till full to bursting; total bill was $36. Were going to road trip back up from Philly to Telford for another try at Vietnam Cafe -- and bringing friends. Im kind of embarrassed to gush so much about this place, given how picky I am about restaurants, but Vietnam Cafe is a seriously great find. The hot and spicy pho was my favorite.

Vietnam Cafe is still the best Vietnamese eatery in this corner of the suburbs. There is simply no competition for them in Telford or the surrounding towns. Food comes out fresh, FAST, and delicious. Friendly service. Did I mention theyre a BYOB? We shared #27b, the rolls with grilled pork, scrumptious as usual. For my entree, I scarfed down a bowl of bun thit heo xao xa (#24 on the menu), stir-fried pork with lemon grass on rice noodles. Im happy they offer Vietnamese sandwiches, years ago they didnt sell banh mi unless you ordered in advance. Pay them a visit! (Dont have a car? Ill take you there myself.) Cash and credit accepted.

This place is so good. Everything I have ever had was delicious. The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 star place is the service. Sometimes they are a little rude, in their hurry to take your order. The place is super authentic, no frills vietnamese. Their pho is perfect. Their sweet and sour shrimp soup is awesome! Summer rolls must be ordered every time. And my kids love the spring rolls. Oh, yeah, and dont skip the espresso iced coffee with milk. They will bring a real espresso, being brewed to your table, pouring into a small cup with condensed milk. You then stir and add to ice. Perfect!

Went there for the first time and based on first impressions: Food: I got the pho special which has meatballs, brisket, pork, tripe and tendon. It was excellent. The broth was extremely flavorful while still being light. The noodles were perfect in that they were soft but still had a tiny bit of chew. Everything tasted fresh and it was served piping hot. I also got the shrimp and pork rolls in the non fried rice paper. Very tasty and refreshing. Service: Not the best, it was a little slow but with food this good, I couldnt care less. Once our order was placed, the food came out very quickly.

This place is awesome. Ive been trying to find decent pho since I moved to the area. Finally made the half an hour drive to this little place in what feels like the strangest place to find a gem like this. We tried the a few of the appetizers. One was suggested by the owner, shrimp salad, which was absolutely delicious. We also tried a traditional shrimp pork roll and beef wrapped in grape leaves. Both were executed perfectly. The pho was deep with flavor. The owner was very polite and helpful despite the other reviews I had read.

The food is worth the trip. Fresh, tasty and nice size portions. Try #27b, spring rolls, you wont be dissapointed. The staff speaks poor English(although better than my Vietnamese). Unlike American restaurants the waiter almost never comes back to the table to check on you and see if you need anything, you will need to get up and find him. When youre finished dont wait for the check, just get up and pay the check at the register on the way out.

Authentic Vietnamese (authentic as you can get with American ingredients) with great flavor. I traveled an hour from king if prussia to try the food here and I could not be happier. I have been to Vietnamese restaurants all over the country and to find such great flavor in what (to me as a visitor) amounted to the middle of no where the food was fantastic. I took some to share with friends. I bought some fresh jackfruit here too!
