Service is fast and friendly, HOWEVER, the employees need to practice sanitary food handling/prep . I was in there on a Monday morning (6/27 ) and I saw a worker chipping and handling ice with his bare hands . He took a big brick of ice out of the bag with his bare hands and was chipping at it with the ice scooper so it could fit in the ice bucket . It was sooooo disgusting . So I mentioned to the cashier that he should have on gloves and then she told him to put some gloves on. I dont want your sweaty dirty hands all over my ice !!!! Definitely a turn off and wont be going back there for a while .

This is not a chain-style-chain. Especially because this coffee shop is on Drexels campus, and run primarily by Drexel students, every detail is thoughtful. The food, coffee, and smoothies are fantastic, but beware: the Cold Brew collection is addictive. Amazing ambience, perfect music choice and volume, and great seating options for all sorts of group sizes/work space needs. The service is 10/10 every time. Definitely my favorite place to work in UC. You guys rock!

The staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. The sandwich I had which was a bacon egg and cheese on brioche or something like that was pretty good. I wasnt very impressed with the new Girl Scout Cookie carmel coffee though. The place seemed clean and to be a friendly work space. Great for college students

Chic and modern style coffeehouse located close to many of the Drexel residence halls. Theres lots of seating and a fair amount of sunlight because of the big windows. Its not terribly overpriced and Ive had good experiences ordering here.

Although I must say their coffee is good, sort of affordable and the bakery is also good. but they need to work on their other complex drinks. I have wasted my money there hoping for good hot chocolate or macchiato..

Great alternative to Joe or Starbucks. Saxbys has a Drexel alumni connection, which is cool too. Coffee was great, priced reasonably, and students all work there, so they can use the gratuity. Thanks!

Good atmosphere and wifi. Coffee is good, snacks look tasty. Its basically a slightly better, less busy, less corporate, version of Starbucks or Peets. Good place to get some work done.
