I love this place. The atmosphere and ambience of this café are wonderful. I have been here any number of times while visiting Philadelphia and have always been satisfied with this place and the food and drink they offer. Pastries and bagels are always very fresh. Espresso is full-bodied with a floral finish. The servers are sensational; quick on the delivery of what you have ordered and friendly. I will continue to visit this venue while staying in Philadelphia.

Went here for a cup of coffee and a place to study, and it was perfect for both! The cup of the day (I forget what roast it was...) was the best cup of coffee Ive had in a long time, and Id definitely come back to try another roast. Service was quick and friendly. Customs Coffee House also has plenty of seating and free WiFi, providing a good environment for studying. This is one of the best coffee shops in Old City!

Had a great experience this morning. Their staff was friendly, welcoming, and had jokes for the morning wake-up. Me: "Whats in the Irish Wake Up Latte?" Staff: "Irish Cream and Vanilla... we just ran out of the whiskey." Had a fresh bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and Iced Irish Wake Up Latte. Loved it. Great space, laid back atmosphere. Thanks for the great experience.

Really enjoy this place, if your in the area and need a bigger table to work at, this is your spot. Good coffee with alternative milk choices. My only really criticism is that the Wi-Fi can be spotty and the bathrooms are a bit small.

here is a fair amount of seating here, encouraging you to linger. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection of brewed beverages and pastries, there are also sandwiches available. Right near some of the historic sites.

Standard coffee shop near the independence park, nothing special but a good place to stop is the other coffee shops around are busy. When we visited the AC was off and it was a little hot inside.

Just stopped into this place during the film festival. Good coffee and breakfast sandwich. Staff was on the ball. Nice cozy atmosphere and lots of seating. Will certainly stop by here again.
