Our regular, go-to coffee shop. After visiting Italy for the first time a few years ago, this place was the only one in the neighborhood with coffee to satisfy our new-found taste. The owners are very warm and friendly and are often seen sitting down to chat and catch up with the regular customers. The food is also wonderful. In addition to danish, croissant, and apple cider donuts (plus some vegan baked goods) they have hot oatmeal and some very tasty middle-eastern inspired items such as labneh (thick yoghurt spread on a slide of bread), and my own favorite the "eggel" (hard boiled egg slices and cheese on a toasted bagel with zaatar). They have outdoor seating and a weekly trivia question posted to the blackboard just for grins.

This coffee shop is a bright spot in an interesting neighborhood. I wandered in during the pope visit and was able to get excellent coffee as well as some very tasty and different food snacks. It turned out to be a great place to people-watch. The staff was very friendly and the owners seem to know everybody in the neighborhood.

Philadelphia Java Co is a beautiful coffee shop, and it offers a great selection of drinks and snacks. If you go with friends to catch up, it is a great place. But it is too noisy sometimes to read or study. Specially, in the afternoons, when there is a really loud music. That is its BIG flaw.

Warm and cozy coffee spot. Came in from out of this cold rainy day to grab a warm cup of coffee. I instead went with the cappuccino, the drink was perfect. The staff are friendly and fast. I also got to meet a nice puppy inside so its nice they allow dogs in. An over all excellent experience.

A lovely comfortable place for coffee, breakfast and lunch! A neighborhood Mecca, family owned and run. Since their opening they have improved Queen Village tremendously. This is a business that runs on love. I cannot say enough good things about it!
