This restaurant definitely needs to learn customer service. I ordered dinner through their drive thru late in the evening. I was advised that while they had the chicken available, they could not sell it to me, because they wanted to save some for any potential customers who may come after me. What??? Im here - with my money and a hungry family! In addition, the young lady was soooooo rude. I contacted the restaurant the next day - and now I know where she gets it. The manager was worse than she was. He told me if I had a complaint - take it to the Internet. So .. here I am. They do not care about their customers at all. It was an awful experience and I will never go to this restaurant again. I then contacted headquarters in Atlanta. As may guess ... I got absolutely nowhere. No problem. Once less customer for Popeyes to insult.

My fiance tried to order food from here around 830pm tonight (March 15) and who ever was at the window at the time completely gave him an attitude stating that shes not the cook and how today wasnt the day and told some one else to help him. All my fiance did was simply ask if the tenders would be cooked because the last time we went we received chicken that wasnt cooked all the way. There was no need for the attitude simply because he wanted to make sure that him and his family wasnt eating undercooked chicken. Popeyes teach your employees about PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Sometime,they are out of rolls. It seems when the men are cooking, its not as good. Last time they forgot the coleslaw ( after I paid for it). In Delaware the food is always consistent and always delicious. Our west Deptford location is hit or miss. I would like to purchase a family meal once a week as a treat, but you can never tell if it will be good or not..bad food is a turnoff,especially when I usually spend over $30.00

I ordered 2 of the surf and turf for me and a coworker for lunch through the drive thru. After waiting half my lunch break for my food. I get back to work with only half our orders in both boxes. Just 4 shrimp and some fries, no chicken. That it, this was not the first time they mess up my order,but this time I contacted corporate. I cant leave work every time to correct my orders. Waiting to see what corporate will do.

They close earlier than the time says on door.. They run out of biscuits.. They serve greasy chicken with no napkins . Why I godda ask for napkins every time tho ? I think theyre ass .. Needs better management

I went there tonight 4-11-17 @ 912 pm closed already cleaning dinning rm. inside open tell 10 but doors locked @ 9 ? whats up with that cant sell chicken that way
