I used to come here over 4 years back on occasion when i lived in the area. Always enjoyed the place for what it is, a sports bar. Recently took a trip back and had the same good experience i recall having had years ago. The food is good, actual flavor to the burgers, fries are seasoned, chicken comes with a nice dipping sauce. You just need to remember that it is a sports bar, so stick to the traditional sports bar food and dont expect a top cut steak. The beer choices are great, definitely a worthwhile place if youre a beer person. Mix drinks were average, the long island iced teas we had were supposedly top shelf, but tasted more watered down than anything. Stick with beer if you plan on drinking here. Desert options seemed limited, but we always got the mile high icecream cake when we came, and although different in look, it tasted just as good as i recall. The desert is a large portion, 3 to 4 people can split it, but its ultimately just icecream so you cant expect much from it. Personally i go here expecting good food/desert, average drinks, but a nice environment of TVs for watching sports.

My boyfriend and best friend were shopping at the mall on Friday night and thought it would be fun to go to Chammps and get a few rounds of drinks and a coupld of appetizers. Well this turned out to be the worst night out in a long time!!! The waitress was terrible!!! It took us about 15 minutes to even put in our drink order in the first place. After ordering our drinks it took another 15 minutes to receive our drinks and place a food order. Once reveiving our food the waitress did not check on us once. At this chammps you can see the kitchen and she was in the kitchen talking, laughing, and sitting down while we were waiting to order another round of drinks. She never came back! My boyfriend had to go into the kitchen to get her and ask her for the check! Needless to say we never got our second round of drinks and will never be returing to this location ever again. It was terrible!!!!!

The food was poor, and the service was worse. Our waitress spent the whole time talking to the other servers and with her face buried in her cell phone - obviously thats more important than taking care of customers. My bbq brisket sandwich was lacking BBQ sauce, and of the five strips of brisket less than an inch thick, two were all fat - no meat. About ten minutes after we finished our food, the server finally looked up and came over. She said shed bring our check right away, and then got food from the kitchen and sat down to eat BEFORE bringing our check! Unreal. On the way out the door, the manager said "Have a good evening." I responded "It has to go uphill from here!" - and he just laughed. I will never go back - and yall should find somewhere else to eat.

Ive always enjoyed Chammps, having lived in South Jersey years ago. So I was excited to get there today in King of Prussia. Needless to say, it was poor are best. My husband received a burger with onions on it, and explicitly asked for no onions, and the French fries were cold. The server brought it back saying that the chef insisted there were no onions on the burger...even though my husband had picked some off and showed them to the server. My friend ordered soup, and never received it. Anyway, I feel like we got bilked out of $60.00. Save your money, and time and go elsewhere. I was going to say something nice about the server, but after we realized that my friend didnt get her soup, its clear he didnt care. I regret tipping anything.

This is the second time I have eaten there while waiting for a movie. The first time I had a burger that was over cooked. The food was rather sloppily put together and served up. This last time I had soup and a salad, the lettuce was somewhat wilted and the salad dressing had no flavor at all. The waitress was quite nice and service was ok, but the food was just plain bland and tasteless. I personally think the pricing is on par for what the food should be.... improve quality and I wont mind paying for it.

Got mamas fried chicken from here to go two nights ago and it was bottom of the barrel. I ordered it from here a month ago and it was fantastic and I was very disappointed. The fries were soggy same as the chicken and the mashed potatoes were horrible and looked gross. Ive also dined in before and the experience wasnt all that and they dont seem to get very packed other than their bar which I now hear is slowly declining. This place has great potential but Im not sure if I will return

I Normally dont post publicly nor do I post negative but I need to at this point. About 6 months ago we went to the King of Prussia Champs Restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for our server and another 15 for drinks. This place was not that crowded. Then another 30 for apps. We left disappointed. Well we visited yesterday 6 months later and the service got worse. Waited 45 minutes for apps. Told the manager and he blew us off. Sorry Champs but you lost us for good now.

We have been to Champs a few times with no issues, but went with a group of 10 and it definitely was not the same. It took 10 minutes to even get menus, and took forever to get our initial orders in. When food orders came out, they kept mixing up who was whom they brought out double orders, and our one person never got his food at all after over 30 minutes. The food didnt do too well this time either. Very disappointed.

The service was not the best. The waitress kept forgetting to get what we asked for. At one point I went to the restroom and noticed that 3 waitresses were sitting at one of the tables on the deck area eating. As a customer you want to feel attended to and I really dont wanna see my waitress licking her fingers from eating Nachos and then serving me my food. Not happy at all :( The food however is great!

Champps with two ps is not a very great place. The location is nice, the staff is friendly, but the food is pretty sub-par. Certain items (like the chicken fingers) will have you wondering how is it even possible to mess this up? The location is well-suited for post-work happy hour, and the beer selection is better-than-average, but I wouldnt advise just going here for a nice dinner.

Took forever to get our food, appetizers never came, was told by the manager they were coming and then waitress said they werent so we asked for the bill. Waitress said, "the manager took them off the bill" I thought, "well I sure hope so since we never got our wings or soup!!" Wasnt offered anything for the mistake, however the manager did apologize. Wont be going back here!!!

Champps is a very average sports bar with a very average menu and service to match. Its quick, convenient, and my go to when I want to grab a burger and a beer before seeing a nearby movie. If youre looking for a nice place to sit and have a good dinner out and the restaurant will be the focal point of your evening, you can do better.
