Placed an order for two rotisserie chicken dinners to go. Waited twenty minutes with a buzzer, until a cashier came over and said they were out of chicken for the night. I questioned why they waited 20 minutes to tell me this. I then proceeded to order a replacement grilled and fried chicken dinners, and waited another twenty minutes sitting at a table across from the cash register with the same buzzer. After twenty minutes, I walked over to the counter where a chef told me "Your order has been ready for a while, we thought you left." I asked them why the six employees standing around did not buzz me or see me sitting across from the register? The chef laughed as he "apologized." The manager was apologetic, but seemed too weak to do anything about it. We had mixed experiences here before, but this was too much. We will not be back to this restaurant as there are too many other choices within a short drive. Try one of the other places for a better selection and much better and more attentive service.

Walked in for lunch, ordered my food and went to sit down. There were 3 people walking around looking for a clean table. There were atleast 10 tables with dishes on them and no one making an attempt to clean them. I notified an employee behind the hotfood counter and the replied with "AS SOON AS I CAN GET SOMEONE OVER I WILL". The only reason I have 3 stars is because the food is great and a few months ago it was very nice. . . .

Upscale selections, upscale location, it is in McMurray after all. I was there the other day and I think the place is great. You can shop and dine all in one location, you can dine either in or out on their outdoor cafe area, quite nice actually. You can buy everything from milk to beer, hot foods to cold cuts then drive across the lot and get your car washed and gassed at Getgo.

Overpriced for the average food. Starbucks person who made our drinks was upset when we kindly asked her to remake it. She did and it still tasted bad so I asked for a refund and they do not give money back. Workers looked rudely at our grandchildren so we left, Not a kid friendly place. Workers looked unhappy. I hope they read this message and makes some changes.

Best ever! Cant believe someone said they dont like kids! They are so wonderful to kids! Sometimes give free cookies and bring crayons to the table. Food is delicious. Go when theyre having promotions, like Monday -- cheap pizza night or when kids eat free!! Atmosphere is great, food is great, people are great.

This store may not have the selection like the larger Giant Eagle-stop complaining, is it the same size? NO. Thats why I like it. The employees are always nice & helpful. And they have a pharmacy that is quicker than the big Giant Eagle. Also, their Sunday Brunch menu is nice.

Just called in an order for a kids pizza asked them if it could be ready for pick up at 6:30 because I need to drop my daughter off at 7pm. I came in to find the person that took my order didnt tell anyone about my order then they left. I wont be ordering take out again

Great beer selection, but a little higher priced than your local bottle shop. The food is very good, and the free kid meals certain days of the week are great. For a quick bite to eat, or in and out on your way to work or home cant beat the convenience.

Neither this store nor the manager was helpful whats so ever. They hire rude employees and are more strict than any Wine and Spirits I have ever been to. I am severely disappointed but not surprised. I will never attempt to give them my money ever again.

Great Little Grocery Store... A cross between a Giant Eagle, Market District, Whole Foods & Trader Joes. The restaurant has excellent food... The staff is REALLY great and super helpful!

Very nice place to shop. They have everything. Milk lunch meat sushi fruits veggies n breaded etc. Close n convenient n smaller than bigger stores. So youre in n out.
