Horrible customer service and attitude. The food is good, not great. I was a regular customer because of the convenient location but after 5 bad experiences in 3 months I refuse to return. 4 of the 5 were simple mistakes from ordering to pick up. Wrong toppings, missed sides..etc. NEVER was I offered the wrong pizza for free on top of the one I purchased and was made to wait while they made the correct pizza. The nail in the coffin was the sunday special which i was charged an additional $8 per pizza with an added topping. I had enough at this point and complained for the first time that this was too much to charge but their attitude did not change. At this point I even expressed feedback that I would drive out of my way to buy from another Italian pizzeria if they insisted on charging me that price. Again their attitude was horrible and clear that they were not appreciative of my weekly business so I have not been back since. After all I do day-to-day committed to customer service in my job, I refuse to support an establishment with complete disregard to implement CRM.

this is one of the worst places ive ever delt with! the only thing good about them is they are fast with deliveries...but then agian my food was stone cold! the cheese on the pizza wasnt even melted all the way. i called to let them know i wasnt happy and it taste like it was right out of the fridge..they hung up on me! know good customer service. i didnt even get an "im sorry" . we are new to the area...so this isnt a warm welcoming. thanks for under cooked food and rude manors!

Great food and service. I love the staff. They should use a bit less sauce on their pizza and it would be fantastic all around. I have to special order less sauce and then the pizza is great. They do really good subs and everything else. Why go to the subway next door when you get a 10x better sub next door for a few cents more.

Bruno runs an excellent Pizza Shop and Italian Restaurant. His place in Lititz is a great place for dinner with Italian Beer on tap. I work in town and eat here at least once a week. Great six pack selection and beer on tap as well. Excellent pasta specials!

All things considered its a good pizza place. Most pizza shops out here are horrible, but Cafe Capriccio manages to be better. Its good for a quick bite if youre nearby. I like their cheesesteak and their onion rings are great.

I usaully order take out from them, mostly pizza. My experience with cafe capriccio is pretty good they get the orders out fast and the quality is good. They also offer carry out six packs which is a plus.
