Good food slow service. This place just opened a couple of weeks ago. I went last week (during the week for a late lunch) and dined in. It was a little slow but relatively okay. I went today (on presidents day) during lunch and the place was swamped. I ordered online figuring that might help cut down the wait. My email order confirmation said the food would be ready around 12:52pm. I didnt receive my food until 1:33pm. There was a quality checker checking orders who I think had given up. They forgot my drink, which I got them to give me, & a cookie. I didnt notice the cookie. It wouldnt be a big deal if I hadnt waited so long. In my opinion they should have been throwing free cookies in everyones bags. I overheard a few people saying they had been waiting over an hour. There were obviously a few people in the store who knew what was going on and what to do, but a lot of the employees were doing a lot of standing around looking panicked or frustrated. If you want to try this place, I recommend going sometime other than a typical meal time. Order online and call the store to make sure theyre not backed up. When you get your order do your own check to make sure its right. Hopefully this is just a temporary hiccup while they train new employees & the a novelty of a new store wears off.

OK, this location hasnt even been open two weeks yet. Keep in mind they have new employees trying to learn. The entire mall parking lot has been packed for mainly just panera bread customers. So, yes, there will be mistakes. There will be a wait for food. Im sure theyre still weeding out good and bad employees to come up with a solid crew. (So, if youre looking for a job and think you can do better this far into grand opening , apply. Theyre still hiring I see) . I dont think reviews should even be allowed at this point inter game. Things will settle down. The wait will become more reasonable. Bad employees will get weeded out and the good ones will have had a chance to perfect what they do. So people, give them a little time. Come back in a month or two for a second try. Then rate them. I myself am waiting a little to come in for the first time. Then I will change my review of needed. So, good luck Panera employees! Hang in there!! We need some good places around here to eat!

At times three-and-a-half stars. The food is generally good. I typically order their "Pick Two," which includes a half salad, soup and/or a half sandwich. While their soups and salads are almost always good and ample, some of their half sandwiches can leave you wanting. I had one recently, the Italian, that was quite small in size and in content. One time in a NY Panera, I ordered what was billed as a "classic grilled cheese sandwich." I received plenty of bread, but very little cheese. I brought the sandwich back and said, "Are you kidding me?" They took the sandwich back and made me another with much more cheese. I enjoy their tea, and they use the Republic of Tea brand. And, they have half-and-half as an option (yes!). And their bear claws, and Asiago bagels are wonderful. At this Panera, like all the others, you order and pay at the counter and get your own drinks. But at this particular one, youre food is delivered to your table.

We had a very expensive, mediocre experience here. The girl that took our order did not know the ingredients in the southwest bowl and just stared at me and stammered when I asked her. I then asked her if someone else could tell me and, to my dismay, she said no. I then ordered a whole portion salad which was very small and had rusty pieces of lettuce in it. My husband had a bland sandwhich and soup that wasnt even hot. We are Lebanon residents and we were excited when we heard Panera was coming. This first experience was bad and very expensive for mediocre food, and we will not be back. We also thought being a new restaurant, a manager would be walking around asking how everyones meals were, but that also did not happen. Would not recommend this Panera.

This place is very nice place with a better than average atmosphere and layout. They are only open maybe 3 weeks now but the employees seemed to already have the hang of there new job. The parking lot has been packed out every time Ive drove past so we tried to go a time that wouldnt be quite to busy ( mid afternoon). Our food came fast ( in 5-10 minutes). My food was excellent so therefore I give a five star. Some reviews complain about the long wait... lots of people in Lebanon are happy to have a few more restaurants options in town so therefore they "mobbed" this place as soon as its opened... long waits are to be expected in a brand new place with brand new worker and lots and lots of customers I think...

New location, opened in March 2017, and is still having a few growing pains. The food is good and this is one of the locations with table service -- place your order at the counter and they bring the order to your table. Since its new, and a chain many in Lebanon have been waiting for, it gets very busy at lunch and dinner and has not had enough staff members taking orders, at least in the roughly 5 or 6 visits weve made there. Some of the counter staff seem to have problems accurately transferring the order you give to the register and have made mistakes that end up taking up more time than needed. Im looking forward to the time when this location runs as smoothly as other Panera cafes weve been to.

Been going to the Panera in Hershey for years. Never an issue, loved EVERY experience. Weve ordered from Panera in Lebanon a few times, had minor issues, figured it was just new. Tonight, we went I ordered and they didnt have the bread I wanted, ok I chose another one, oh were out of that too, ok I chose a 3rd bread. My sandwich comes out on the wrong bread. Also, tried 2 teas that Ive had several times from Hershey and they didnt taste like they should have. The manager and employees were too busy messing around outside to focus on their actual jobs. So frustrating, sure seems like Lebanon is giving the chain a bad name. Try Panera in Hershey!

I was so excited to get a Panera in my town and this his been an incredible disappointment. Ive been here several times and they have messed up at least one part of my order very single time. People who bring out your food are very nice and courteous - staffers running the cash register and cooking clearly dont pay much attention to their job. I always have something on my sandwich I didnt want, or my eggs are slimy, or they dont put in my drink order right and I get something different. If you actually want to eat the order you put in, dont go to this Panera.

New to the area, this chain is a welcome addition to the usual lunch faire of the area. At noon the place was busy but we had no problem finding a seat. Im glad there was no line behind us,cause we had difficulty making a decision. But when we did, the service was great. Our food srever was the manager, who assured us of good service and there to ensure our satisfaction. Being a new start up and all. Food was tasty. I had the Cobb salad and chicken soup. Recommend. Four stars when I return and get the same quality food and service.
