Just went there a few days ago and was appalled a the terrible service, overtly rude behavior by two employees and the dirty condition of the place. It was a comedy of errors. First, my husband and I tried to order hot sandwiches, their grill was broken. We switched to simple toasted bagels (a big let down for lunch!). There was a line at the cashier and no one was working it. I asked one of the 4 other people behind the counter if one of them could start checking people out. I got a very dirty look and slow response, but someone (who was doing NOTHING but chatting with other employees) came over. Got our bagels and mine was so minimally toasted that it wasnt even warm to the touch. Went back to the counter, after being ignored for several minutes I said "Excuse me" and again got a very dirty look from the most rude employee. She looked at me, turned back to counter and ignored me. I waited about 3 minutes and she deigned to turn around. I showed her the bagel and she insisted it was toasted. I asked her to do it again, and brown it. While getting a dirty look again from this woman, I dropped the bagel on the counter and went back to my seat to wait for them to call my name. SEVERAL minutes, no one calls, I go back up and she said she hadnt made me a new one since the other one was toasted!! The other rude woman came over and toasted the bagel for me. In yet another passive agressive behavior, she then buttered my bagel so excessively that it was as thick as the sandwiches - well over 1/2 of butter on it! Yes, this is not Mortons, but for goodness sakes, the employes done have to be so rude and belligerent. And, all of the tables were dirty. Im taking my business to the Bagel Bin, wont enter this place again!

After working at this store for close to 2yrs, I can say the place is a literal shitshow every single day. They hire anyone and everyone, then wonder why there are issues. The rules are different for every employee, when issues arise Mark refuses to solve them and refuses to back his management team. Oh, and he likes to call his staff "fat" and take out his anger and frustration on his employees. They also owe me over $700 in back pay from when they messed up my checks for an ENTIRE year. Ill never see that money. As for the food- its not awful, but Id never pay the prices for what it is. I started work at the Plano, TX location and that store and Nate, the GM were wonderful. Too bad I didnt stay there. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend eating nor working there.

This isnt a place that a frequent nor hear about but decided to check out what healtjy options they may have. I decided to get a honey wheat bagel with the humus spread and expected just that. When i opened the bag i realized they gave me a side dish of fruit salad, a slice of a pickle and the bagel had not just humis spread but freshly cut tomatoes, cucumbers, arugula lettuce and red peppers. It was wonderful. More than i ever expected. The staff were extremely pleasant as well, especially for it being before 7am. This will become a regular place for me.

Im giving a 5 star because for me if my experience wasnt negative a five star is deserved. Its too easy to give every place a 3&4 star, but then the business looks bad and loses customers. The spinach&artichoke chicken sandwich was fantastic. Sometimes places give you dry chicken as an after thought but the sandwich was great. Food was great, The only thing that I can say negative was one employee didnt care much and the other woman made me feel right at home. Ill be back!

The staff service normally pretty good but today was extremely rude and attitude. This person name Laci she tried to charge me 23$ for 2 dozens and 2 cream cheeses on Monday. Which 2 dozens on monday suppose to be $6 each and 2 cream cheeses = $5 . Im coming here every monday and they never charge me this much for it so i told her to remove the cream cheese then she have an attitude with me.

Needed a quick sandwich. First thing I noticed was the unpleasant smell in the vestibule which carries into the restaurant. This place is not clean. Smells like an old KFC that needs to have the fryer grease changed. This place Hasnt been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. If I hadnt been so hungry I would have left. Sandwich was good. Because of Mark the manager every staff are unorganized, rude providing horrible service. You can get better service at mcdonalds! why pay more and get worse service. There is a mcdonalds right across the street. I dont even have to describe who mark is, if you see a guy with disturbing attitude and seems that he didnt take shower for weeks then thats him!

DO NOT EAT HERE !!!! My four year old got a bagel with butter and half way through eating he pulled a sharp piece of plastic out! Complained to the manager and she offered a new bagel, I had to argue just to get a refund. She stated, "we have to be more diligent about the cream cheese plastic". Are you kidding me?! Worst experience ever!!!

I come here every week with my friends. When we order with no spread its not cut, when it is cut it is cut uneven. When we did get spread we found a hair in it. Not only are the bagels the problem the service SUCKS!!! They will yell for no reason and are just plain rude. This place truly deserves the 1 star rating.

Granted there was a lot of people there. But this place was chaos. Unorganized staff, the workers were just yelling names of customers orders over and over. There has to be a better way get customers their food. The food wasnt good either. Microwaved eggs and doughy bagels. I wont be back.

Ive been going to this place for years. They have great bagels and good desert-like foods. The service speed however leaves something to be desired. There is always a line that takes at least 5 minutes to get through. Its not a difficult problem to fix so I dont know why its still an issue.

Sitting in here now. I ordered a toasted bagel with turkey sausage and cheddar. What I got was lunchmeat turkey, unmelted cheese, and a bagel that is almost too thin to be called a bagel. Staff seems overworked. This place feels more like a fast food joint than a breakfast/coffee shop.

Love the varieties of Bagels,seems like a lot of older folks hang out for breakfast:) One of the staff was slow on bringing the coffee that ran out & didnt let the customers know so 3 of us was just standing waiting for while... other than that not bad.

I really wanted to like this place as it is close to home, but after several visits I wont be back. The food quality has been all over the place, but never anything better than OK. The counter staff are friendly but the manager is consistently rude.

Place sucks! Employees are scam artists! You have to guess what comes with your order employees wont tell you. So they dont give you sides your supposed to get and paid for! I think they keep them so they can feed there own fat asses! DONT GO HERE!
