I used to think this was one of the best Sheetz around. But lately it has been incredibly disappointing. I used to see consistent staff as of a year ago, and thats when things ran very smoothly. Now there are only a few familiar faces and the new staff seem a bit confused working the floor. The food quality has dropped a lot. Sandwiches are typically falling apart in the wrapper and incredibly messy. Also most days I go now, my MTO foods are missing a decent amount of the add ons I asked for. Im also really bummed about the wait times. They used to be super speedy even when a huge stream of people came through. Now Im waiting some times close to a half an hour for a simple salad. I wish this place could turn itself around again. This used to be one of my favorite spots to go to on the run.

So this is like my go to place for wraps.. sheetz can make a bangin wrap. until chipotle opens up near the Kmart. The only employee wearing red (4:30pm on 3/9/17) had gloves on went to bagging area, touched bottom part of her shirt, continued to bag items for customers, then went to topping station to put toppings on my wrap. Yum.. like was she trained on food safety or what..lol apparently not. If youre going to be touching things other than food change your gloves..please and thank you! I work food at another establishment..I know its annoying. But its greatly appreciated. I guess Im sticking with palmyra sheetz. They HAVE a designated bagger. Who can touch what ever they please.. cause there are other employees who have gloves that are strictly making food.

I really like sheetz food and the prices of those gasoline is usually pretty good for the competition. But the service here is atrocious. This place is usually busy (which I know is a good thing) but you may end up waiting at least 25 if not at least 35 minutes for your food. On a day where there is no lines and not busy at all you still end up waiting at least 15-20 minutes for your food. That is a joke. Most of the time they Have to people making the food and one person manning the registers which is horrible staffing patterns.I would imagine if they get more staff actually working and adjust those patterns for the busy times at this place would be better. But just not now.

MTO breakfast sandwich was the worst. After waiting over ten minutes and watching painfully as employees talked amoungst themselves during the procees the Grande Breakfast came out as a perfect square? At this point I had to assume, either this man never saw,eaten or made a burrito before but after the first bit I was convinced that Sheetz had not properly trained him because it was cold, and not just mine but my wifes egg white with cheddar was on a Flatbread was as well, she said it was the worst, so we both shared the same experience. Luckily when you go to sheetz you never have the same person make your food so every experience is unique

My friends and I pretty much live here. Most of the staff is super friendly and fun to interact with. A few bad eggs though, and they really should let the kids stay out in the parking lot. We all buy food and drinks, and buy multiple times a night,

After working in this area for over a week this was the only place I trusted to get a decent breakfast or lunch. Good service and food. The area needs better main stream restaurants. The only other place would be Rubys for the lunch specials.
