I have been there many times, since March, 2016. And in the many times which I was there at Rt. 66, I have found the service to have been expedient, and friendly. The other thing which I really like about the burgers there is that they are made from Angus beef. And Angus beef is my favorite type of beef. The owner is very personable and polite, as well as customer -friendly, as well. The owner I do not mind saying, is a Muslim, and who is doing a fine job assimilating into American society. Hes friendly, and has a gentle spirit. He sells HalAl food at this American-style restaurant, but the fact of the matter is, that his food is very good quality, and his burgers including his steak fries and his fried chicken sandwiches are... THEY ARE... the best in the city. I other thing which I want to add is that the fried chicken which is served at Rt. 66, is 100% better than Popeyes, and is approx. 50% better than KFC. The fried chicken served at Rt. 66 is not quite as large as the chicken pieces served at either KFC or Popeyes, but... Rt. 66s fried chicken is definitely tastier, and better, overall.

Stopped in here during a long layover at the Lancaster Amtrak station (its just a block away) looking for a quick bite that wasnt a chain outlet and couldnt have been happier with the decision. My cheeseburger was the best example of what a burger should be - great beef cooked to perfection and served on a Martins potato roll (this is central Pa., after all). The fries were hand cut and delicious - just like youd get at the fair or the boardwalk. Service was friendly and hospitable, and the classic R&B on the sound system (Supremes, Sam Cooke, Four Tops) pairs perfectly with the 50s soda fountain/car-centric decor.

This place is a hidden treasure. When I walked in I didnt know what to expect at first. I was told immediately that they had run out of rolls for cheesesteaks. They use Amaroso Rolls and have the option for Whiz. Just how I like my cheesesteaks. But unfortunately on my first visit they were out of the rolls. So I settled for a burger instead and I wasnt let down. The burger was amazing and reminded me of like a 5 guys, or Jakes, or what I imagine "in-n-out burger" to be like. Will definitely be going back to try cheesesteaks.

Horrible customer service. Took almost two hours for three sandwiches to be delivered, and when they arrived they were horrible. Called and wanted refund, owner told us "just dont order from us anymore" and hung up the phone. Too bad, our company orders many, many times throughout the week, they just lost a lot of money. I somehow dont think they care though... I hate to say this but, this is why chain restaurants are winning, far better customer service.

I have drove past this place a few times and never went in. It is a small corner restaurant with a small business feel. I was a little sceptical of another burger joint, but I was wrong. Their burgers are really good I have gotten the double cheeseburger twice and was not disappointed either time. If you want a good burger and you dont want to leave hungry check them out.

I went today for the first time this evening and the young man that waited on me was top notch! He was courteous and provided quick service. I had the buffalo ranch chicken cheesesteak and strawberry milkshake-pheonominal!!!!! Prices were right. I will be back with friends. Best chicken cheesesteak in Lancaster hands down from a west indian Philly girl! :)

I went here late on a Sunday. The place was empty. Ordered a double cheeseburger and small fries. I was out the door, food in hand, in under 10 minutes. The burger was very good and the small fries was an enormous portion. Id say they were average. No disappointments but also no exceeded expectations. I would go back again.

Absolutely delicious. Every great thing youve heard about this place is true. The burgers are outstanding - in fact I had to order another one as soon as I finished. Fortunately the young lady working there was kind enough to make me another even though they closed. Soooo good, cant wait to come back!

Best place near Central PA for HALAL Burgers, Subs and Wings. Surely our go to place for burger craving! Even the Chicken Wings are Fantastic! Tried almost everything on the menu, And the Burgers, Curly Fries and Wings hit the spot every time! Even the Owner Is great to talk to! Keep it up!

Went here earlier today as Im staying Inn Lancaster for 1 night and a friend suggested we go here. Food was delicious, portions were large and assistant was checking with us if I food was okay every now and then. Overall great experience will go again before I leave America Im sure!

Food was really good, service was pleasant despite them being extremely busy with take out orders. Very high sodium content, as to be expected. The only down side is the menu is very limited, and my cheesesteak was not as full as I would have liked but for the price it was fair.

Found this place on google listed as a halal place for comfort food in nowhere Pennsylvania. The food was decent but the service could use some improvement. The waiter took our orders but there was some mix up and we didnt get our food for about an hour. Overall not bad.

The food here is the best of its kind in Lancaster. As evidenced by the below comment, the owners are also very nice people. You should eat here. Keyword being here. Delivery will only leave you disappointed and not able to enjoy to its deliciously awesome potential.

The chicken tender platter with fries comes with 2 tenders so small that put together would make up the size of a normal one. The food was cold and they forgot my milkshake. Also never put turkey bacon on my burger. Very bad experience. Will not buy from here again.

Heard of route 66 through friends. Awesome place! I ordered a cheese steak and was not disappointed. Prices were more than reasonable, and the staff and owner were friendly. Im definitely coming back, and telling my friends about this place.

We were visiting lancaster and found this place which is in Lancaster city. I think its right next to the am trak train station. Our party ordered burgers and cheesesteak and it was amazing. Much better than the cheesesteak from philly.

Best burgers inside Lancaster City hands down. Always friendly, parking can be a little difficult, but thats to be expected anywhere in the city. Mozzarella sticks are jumbo sized. Only place in the city that I know of to get fried Oreos®️

I just got a cheeseburger and curly fries for takeout. Im eating it now and typing with my other hand. Its fantastic. Burger is perfect and the curly fries are, as well. Staff is courteous and kind. I will most definitely be back.

The place is clean and they offer Middle Eastern hospitality! What I ordered was well prepared, excellent quality and the waitress was adorable. It will (I hope) become a place I can conduct minor business meetings.
