First taco night I have been to. Untrained and unprofessional servers and a manger that is clueless. We were a group of 12 total, had to wait an hour and a half for our food. I had ordered a drink from the bar while waiting and then reordered so I had a fresh drink for my dinner. The waitress was clearing off excess glasses from our table to make room for our food and beyond my belief she pours the backwash melted down watery ice from my first drink into my fresh frozen margarita. Who does that? I made a comment and she walked away. I called over another waitress and explained what happened but before I could ask her to find my waitress or get the manager, she was quick to inform me she was not our waitress and did not know who our waitress was. No apology, just excuses she just stood there proclaiming she was not our waitress. As for not knowing who our waitress was a joke, they were working the same room. My drink was finally replaced and our food arrived. Cold.This time another person at the table asked for the manager. He came to the table and was told all the taco orders were cold and took 90 minutes to get. He walks away and does not return. Again she asked for the manager and he comes back to the table with an attitude and wants to know what we want him to do about it? Nice to know hes in charge. The whole night was a joke. Only after a third person took him aside did we get our tacos that were non edible as served comped on our checks. Something that he as a manager should have stepped up and offered to do the first time he was brought to the table. My advise is if you really want a taco night, leave earlier and head out to the local Taco Bell in your area. Poor service and management. I do not recommend ! If there was a negative star for rating, I would have marked it.

As much as I love the view and atmosphere, over the past several years I have been disappointed in the food. On my most recent visit I had the Montego Chicken. The chicken breast was way overcooked and dry, and like eating cardboard with barbeque sauce. I got the rice pilaf and carrots as sides. The carrots were actually the best thing on the plate, tasty and cooked to perfection. Everyone looked at the rice pilaf and thought I ordered mashed potatoes. It was that overcooked, just mush with some kind of garnish on top. Stick with any of the deep fried appetizers and sandwiches here and youll probably be more satisfied as the entrees and salads are unremarkable, which is unfortunate. The food doesnt match the view.

Excellent spot to grab a bite to eat before a show or during the week when they have awesome specials! We love taco Tuesday $4 for 2 tacos soft/hard and a basket of chips and salsa. Thats cheaper than making it at home with Ortega!! They even have dollar drafts of Blue moon, You cant beat this deal! Dinner & drinks for 2 for under $15. The food is delish! You can tell the chef makes the extra effort and that quality ingredients are used. We usually sit at the bar, and the bartender is very nice and knowledgeable. Make sure you stop in to this hidden gem when youre in the Poconos! The view is also amazing!!

I went there to eat on July,5th and put my name on the waiting list to sit out side. Well after an hour and a half,which I didnt mind because I was waiting for my sister. I still wasnt called, people who did not put there name on the list were just sitting down. I told the staff where you put your name in. It is a bunch of kids running the place and no one had the balls to tell the people to please wait there turn. POOR POOR MANAGING. We left and will never return. Get a person who knows how to run a restaurant in there,quick.

My wife and I love to go here! The food is great and a nice price, too! We went out for date night last Saturday eve and the bill was less than $50 for the two of us, including four beers. In the summer, or on clear days, the view from the deck is amazing! The atmosphere is nice and decorated with a nostalgic music theme, mostly from groups that have played there. Its never too crowded, even on nights when a band is playing at the attached Penns Peak venue. Great, friendly service - well worth the drive up the mountain!

It was a Sunday even I went with my husband and 3 kids. We waited about 1 hour to get our appetizers. They came out ice cold and the kids meals came out at the same time and they were ice cold. 2 seconds later our dinner came and that was cold. service was just flat out bad. we got up and walked out. thank goodness for Mc Donnalds. gave my kids a hot meal!!!

Waiting 40 minutes for food which was soup and a sandwich , waitress very defensive and rude. We didnt say anything bad just questioned. I mention how i was severly allergic to celery and my sandwich came out with celery in it so i was not able to eat. But the concert was fabulous!

I went to Roadies to eat not to wait an hour and a half for my dinner. Through the time I was waiting to get my meal their was hardly anyone in the restaurant. My family and I all got burgers and 3 out of 4 of them were dry and crusty. Above all my experience was pretty bad.

What a shame. Terrible management, their famous wings sauce the honey hot dont get it its a lie, terrible. I asked them kindly to bring out the real honey heat and all they did was put more hot sauce on it. Be careful

Decent place. Food took about 40 minutes to get. Seemed long for a Sunday when there wasnt a big crowd. Maybe 4 or 5 tables of patrons. Food was Luke warm.
