Where do I begin...? Service: horrible (Terri) Food: mediocre (local Diner) Crowd: 80% seniors Walking into the place me and my partner were seated at an odd corner booth which only had one full bench on one side and a half bench on the other. Not a big deal, the other three booths next to that were empty so we took the liberty to seat ourselves there because before we could even get to our initial booth the greeter had left our menus there and walked off already. Next the server - heres where things get interesting - rudely asks if we were ready to order. We say no and kindly ask for more time buts we do put in orders for coffees and water. Our coffees and water come out within a minute and we were still looking at the menu, so we apologize and ask for couple more minutes. She comes back after about ten mins, our coffees are nearly empty and at this point we have been ready to order for a few minutes. We chalk it up as it being our fault for our indecisiveness. She takes our orders and leaves (again zero smiles or any sign of kindness whatsoever). We get our food and start eating. This is where it gets worse. We order waffles and eggs with our choice of meats and a side of homefries. About 4 bites into my waffle, I find a hair which appeared to be cooked in the batter. I immediately flag Terri down and tell her about it and she says "ok, Ill get you another one" (shows no concern nor offers an apology ). I ask her not to do that because it seemed to be cooked within the batter and just bring me toast and more coffee. She gets me both of those and my partner kindly request Terri if she also can get toast because she didnt want to continue eating the waffle in case there were hairs cooked into the same batch..she had no response and snatched her plate with the waffle from the table. She then returned a while later with toast for her. She place it in the center of the table and walked away with no response or eye contact with either one of us... After that she didnt bother even coming anywhere near our table for a few minutes. It felt like forever but she returned to our table, put the check down and was walking away when we stopped her to ask for creamers because she never got us anymore upon our previous request. We had asked for them a while back and told her the coffees had already gone cold. She walked away furiously, bought us a plate of creamers and slams the plate on the table and then follows up with 2 new coffees and says " there you go, nice and hot!" with an attitude, gives us a sarcastic smile and walks off..

This place is so disgusting. I ordered creamed chipped beef. The portion was tiny. The chipped beef and scary looking potatoes were really cold. I told the waitress this and she took the plate, put it in the microwave and it turned into mush. I told her I could not eat it and she gave me the check. She charged me $14.00 for something I took one bite from. I heard from someone that this place is going out of business. No wonder why! Beware!!

Its an outdated breakfast joint with barely average food. Its only draw is its constant, whiny fight with the shopping center. Everywhere you look, theres a sign complaining about their legal troubles with the shopping center. Youll get the same quality of food from Dunkin Donuts or McDonalds so just go there.

Its a normal diner for everyday people, a place you can come into and get a decent breakfast and a decent cup of coffee in. Unremarkable in every way, but its familiarity with the everyday person makes it feel comfortable. Its only open for breakfast and lunch, so plan accordingly.

very rude on the phone, answered the phone didnt say hello or please hold just picked up the phone then there was dead air for about 3 minutes she then said Corner Cafe, I was inquiring about the hours she told me then hung up one me. GUESS I WONT BE GOING THERE.

Service was slow. Omelett was small. Breakfast special with Omelett was 8.25. I didnt want the home fries, and changed the Omelett from a Western to a Veggie, got charged over $13 because I did not keep it exactly to the breakfast special. Not returning

Food was okay. Portions were small but tasty. Service was incredibly slow and the experienced waitress admitted she forgot about our table and wasnt sure she had placed our order. But the overall atmosphere and convenient location are a real plus.

Great small-town style diner. Nothing here is going to blow you away as far as food or service but everyone is mostly nice, the food is mostly good. Great for breakfast or lunch. Everything you would want and expect from a diner.

They were filled to the brim with a school. One booth was free but we were actually turned away. I feel if you dont want to make money and turn away people then close. I will never come back to this establishment.

My family and I get together there at least once a month for breakfast. Always great food and great service. Insulting the over 65 group is not very polite, whoever you are. You will be in that group someday.

Great cafe/diner. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. Food is good and cooked the way I like it. My mom and I would come here every week. It holds a special memory for me. Now I come with friends.

Food is not bad and neither is the wait staff. Feel like you do not get that much and they are very pricey. An egg and cheese breakfast sandwich costs us 6 dollars last time we were there.

Great waffles but terrible service. Ive walked out more than once after waiting 10 minutes for the waitress to take order. She wasnt even busy. She was standing around doing nothing.

My wife and I love this diner-style cafe for a Saturday morning breakfast. Wonderful challa French toast! Im not over 65, either, other reviews notwithstanding.
