Me and my husband looked for a new breakfast spot and decides to check this out. First thing first, was a bit hard to find as this was in an industrial park, but I actually liked the location as they had an outside seating and it was nice and quite. The unfortunate thing is that, that is all it had going. We told the waitress we would like to be seated outside. As soon as the waitress came out she didnt say good morning, nothing, in fact she looked like she was mad or upset, with an attitude. We waited outside for her to wipe the tables as they were completely wet. When she did she wiped half of the table.....the half we were NOT sitting at. After taking our order I asked her if she can bring us some napkins so I can wipe the table in front of me......apparently she did not like that but she did end up wiping the table herself. Before she brought us our coffee we overhead someone else complain about some food that was taken back and replaced, they too had same waitress. Her reply to them was "I tasted it, it seemed fine to me". I could not belive someone actually talked to their customers that way. After we got our coffee that was the last straw. My mug was dirty on the ousude with coffee stains which I guess its possible from spilling it which she did, however. The inside of the cup had old coffee stains which after scrapping you could tell....It just wasnt washed properly. The worse part, my husbands coffee mug had lipstick stains.....and no neither do I or my husband wear lipstick. After such rude service and unclean mugs we decided to leave $4 for the coffee and let the manager know we are leaving. The kicker.....when I asked to speak to the manager they pointed to our waitress and said that she was ONE OF THE OWNERS. When I confronted her and told her of the rudeness and dirty coffee mugs she didnt even apologize she said "OK" and walked away. Would never recommend anyone to come here. Terrible.

Great food, great service! We love this place for breakfast or lunch during the week. In the warmer months, you can eat outside and enjoy the fresh air. Always a good meal. Some of the specials they serve up are out of this world, like lobster benny or hazelnut chocolate waffles with fresh picked raspberries. It sits back off Horsham Road so be on the look for the ParkSide Cafe sign!
