The food is delicious, the atmosphere is a nice cafe style with about 12-15 tables. The price is pretty average/reasonable if you eat Asian food a lot (i find its price point a little higher than takeout Chinese, significantly lower than Thai, and about the same as Japanese sushi/hibachi) That said weve gotten some pretty terrible service here over the handful of times weve eaten here over the past 6 months. The host/server isnt rude or anything, just clearly lacks serving experience and has a lot to do often forgetting things like drink refills, clearing dirty plates, or offering a dessert menu. He also is the only one in the dining area each time weve been there (3-4 times) which means that phones, takeout orders, and all tables are his responsibility and you may be waiting for awhile for service. We recently called for takeout (pho- this is beef noodle soup, which in many restaurants is just hot broth poured over raw beef and noodles) and were told by the girl that answered the phone that the restaurant (12-15 tables) was packed, takeout would be at least 30 minutes before they even considered making our order, and if we wanted to place an order we could leave our number and theyd call whenever it was ready (however long that might be). We decided not to place an order. You can also expect to see employees(both kitchen and your server/host) come eat at a table at some point- which has happened while we were there on more than one occassion- hairnets and all. As Ive mentioned twice, the restaurant only has about a dozen tables so theyre pretty much sitting next to you. Ive been a waitress for about 7 years(granted, I have never served asian cuisine), and Ive never worked anywhere where i could sit down with a meal a table over from the guests. I find asian restaurants in general to be lower key and less attentive which i assume is part of their culture and not one that bothers me overly much- but essentially being told that our takeout order wasnt welcome while they were busy really turned my husband off from the restaurant- even though he loves the food, and as a server who is pretty tolerant (be timely and keep my drinks full and im generally pretty content), i have to admit that service here is not good.

A big hot bowl of Pho is a great way to warm up on a cold December visit to Hershey Park! Even with long johns, hats, gloves and scarves the cold wind eventually won and we took a break to get Pho. The bowl servings are large with tasty broth and noodles. TIP: If you visit Hershey Park for Christmas Candylane, park at Chocolate World. Take a break from the cold in 3 hours and get Pho to warm up. Youll be recharged and ready to go back and see the rest of the park.

Hey, we liked it, and have been back. The spring rolls are as good as any Ive had, and I thought the vermicelli was excellent. They are just getting started, and did have some bumps at the start, but Ive found them open to suggestions. They will make dishes to order also, so if you dont like shrimp, they will substitute scallops etc. in the seafood dishes. Id say give them a try and see for yourself; prices are very reasonable.

I love to find great food when I travel. This spot did not disappoint. On a cold and rainy day I was able to have a very comfortable meal with traditional pho, along with spring rolls and egg rolls. I also tried the avocado smoothie for the first time. Ive always been curious but had never up until now. I really dig the avocado smoothie. Now Im on a quest in my travels to discover great pho and avocado smoothies lol

I wish I had known about this place before tonight! Whenever I visit Philly, eating Pho is always on my list of things to do. I am so happy that there is an awesome place near my work in central PA. Food was everything it should be and not expensive (youll get less for nearly the same price at a fast food joint). So if you were on the fence about it, go for it, you wont regret it!

Great pho, love the broth. Fresh! always great food. The service however is lacking. There isnt enough man power during busy times. I went on a tuesday night at 5:15 and didnt walk out of the restaurant til 7:30. There was 1 server for close to 40 ppl in the restaurant ...plus Togo orders. I feel like this problem could be solved with a hostess/busses.

This was my first time eating Vietnamese food.. (I love exotic) and I was not a big fan. SO, I will not review the food but its a nicely kept and beautiful. The staff...WONDERFUL. I wish the menus explained a little more what things were because I ordered something That I didnt think thats actually what it was. But...I would be back!.

We saw the rating 4.4 and stopped by. First of all, people come to eat vegetarian items too. How can you use Beef broth on vegeterian pho? There was only one guy, attending all the tables. Food was crappy. Roll was sloppy. Everything was sloppy. Worst vietnamese food I ever had. Will never go and will never recommend to anyone.

Ive been looking for a great Vietnamese restaurant since Ive moved back from the West coast, this is what Ive been looking for! The service there is great and the food authentic and nothing short of excellent! If youre looking for something to do on Hershey, PA, this should definitely be on the list.

I had the pho. The broth is too salty. Food service is quick. Still havent gotten my drink (a soda) and Im done with my meal. Have swatted numerous flies away. Ordered my daughter a smoothie, never came. Told the waiter to cancel it, and he says, "sorry, I dont have the time." Go get a burger instead!

This place is terrible. Bad service - would not waste your time or experience at this resturant. Limited menu with a clueless staff - avoid this place unless you are in the mood to spoil your evening. Dissapointing especially for somebody who loves Vietnamese food.

Very friendly service and delicious food. Was a bit concerned at first as my wife and I were the only ones dining. But had the shrimp with vermicilli noodles and poured the fish sauce right over the entre. Fantastic experience and decent price.

The service is much improved from the first time I visited. The decor does need updated but I think youre doing that slowly over time. The food was absolutely wonderful. I think over time you will see all aspects improved including the food.

Quick with getting your food out to you. A bit small in there, but not too crowded. Was somewhat cold being january, I would assume because the windows dont keep the heat in well. Other than that, had a good experience.

Food is good but service is very slow and not good checking on cutomers at all. You have to beg the owner to refill the soap in the bathrooms cause they suggest you to wash your hands only with waters.

Very nice surprise in the heart of Hershey. It offers a large variety with rice and vermicelli beyond the standard pho set. Fresh, flavorful, spacious.
