The food & service here is great, but since they remodeled to put in the drive-thru, the layout and use of space is not very good. If you are looking for a quite place to have lunch with friends or somewhere to work for part of the day, this is not the best option anymore. Also, if you are going at a peak time, try and order ahead online because the queue to the registers is non-existent which makes for a very disorganized and difficult to navigate lobby area.

My wife accidentally left her pocketbook at the Jonestown Road location on Saturday evening around 7PM. She didnt discover it was missing until this morning Jul. 23. She was really upset. I took her back and she found out the manager on the 22nd. Had locked it in the safe when it was discovered. Cant thank your employees enough. Well only eat out at your restaurants from now on. Food was not fresh. Trash was everywhere on and under tables. Food came out pretty quick and was wrong, somehow found olive like things on my sandwich, with a side of cooked in hair in the bread. After eating what I could, I attempted to put plates on the trash can only to find a 2 ft tall stack of dirty plates and bowls. At least the napkins were clean that we had to clean our own tables with.... AVOID THIS PLACE

Service is prompt, food is very good, great value for the money. Very lovely decor, cozy. The only downside is I notice that lots of people camp out there for hours on end. People have to wait for seats to eat because other people are sitting playing board games while drinking water and coffee tying up several tables.

Helpful staff and clean dining area. Service can be a little slower during peak hours and the dining area gets crowded quickly. Ive had mixed experiences at the drive through. Most of the time its quick and convenient, when ordering for one, ordering for more than than one or special instructions, not so much.

Very nice staff... I dropped my jacket by the door and other customer ignore and stepped on it when exiting. One of the girls working that night took the time to step out from the behind the counter and pickup my jacket.... Sorry cant remember your name. But if you do read this, thank you so much.

They over charge for cream cheese $1.30...crazy. Plus they throw the bagels in the bag after toasted not even wrapped up...so you will get onions or something else on the bagel that you have. Also nothing is actually cooked here...Soups are frozen, eggs frozen...its way overpriced!

Theres nothing wrong with this place, Im just not a huge fan of what they have on offer. Who knows, though... since theyve stared to offer delivery I may become a convert. Who *wouldnt* want coffee and pastries delivered right to their doorstep?

Had lunch at Paneras new location on Jonestown Road. BBQ and turkey cranberry flatbreads were yum. Service was excellent and pleasant. Only problem was the lattes were more like cappuccinos.(mostly foam instead of milk). Well try again for sure!

AVOID THE DRIVE THRU!! One car in front of us. We waited for 15 minutes. And when we pulled up to the window they STARTED making our order. So after 17 total minutes the woman then wordlessly hands us our food. Terrible terrible service.

Food tastes good. The way you get your food was a little confusing. Basically you order it, they give you a puck, and when the pick lights up, you go to the other counter to pick up your food.
