Decent breakfast sandwiches but awful coffee; Always burned. The staff is always extremely short and the short lady with the grey hair is RUDE. Today they had two young kids at the register, one of which must have been on his first day. He didnt know how to brew coffee, find quarters, and was slow as molasses. by the time we got our sandwiches they were cold and soggy. We watched two customers with preordered catering platters wait 15 minutes before anyone told them that their order hadnt even been started. One lady was late for her event and the other one was extremely unhappy (rightfully). The older lady with the grey hair is always very rude to customers, when we asked if they once had jalapeño bagels, her response was "what you see is what we got" in an extremely unkind tone. The only reason we go back is because its the only bagel deli around us open Sundays.

I ordered a bagel for pickup, toasted everything with cream cheese, nova lox and onions (they dont have capers here, much to my disappointment). However, when I got home less than 10 min. later I found that my bagel was was untoasted and cold. Frankly, I wasnt all that impressed by the taste of the bagel, not all that different than the ones at Dunkin Donuts. Where as I would have given maybe 3 stars for that, after one nasty bite I realized that the Nove Lox was far from fresh. In fact, after seeing how brown it was, I couldnt even finish it. Maybe the other things they offer are better or I caught them on an off day, but I will not be returning.

I was visiting family from out of state from New York and decided to try this local bagel shop. While paying for my bagels I thought I heard some despairingly remarks from one of two older men sitting at a table across from the register. I didn’t think much of it but was surprised that a bagel shop was near empty on a Sunday morning. A few weeks later having returned again on Sunday to visit an ailing family member, my wife decided to buy bagels. She returned in tears saying that two older white men sitting at a table across from the register made several crudely inappropriate threatening comments.

This place is not clean in back, where they make your bagels. Bagel dough falls on floor, they pick it up and use it. The "baker".while I worked there. I saw him wipe his runny nose on arm and continue to work. And for people with allergies, like chocolate. Coconut, etc. One dough is put in mixer right after another. The owner is a nasty woman, they still have yet to pay me, and when I call she is very mean and nasty. I had to put in a complaint with labor and industry just to get money due from them.

I LOVE BAGEL LOVERS!!! I would give it a hundred stars if I could!!! I recently got "hooked" but wish I would have started going sooner!! The service, food and atmosphere are all wonderful. I love my melted roast beef and cheese on a plain bagel - its so good plain it doesnt even need "toppings" or condiments. I just got one today - it was awesome as always!! I just had to add my review since Ive gone about 5 or 6 times so far and always had a great experience :)

I have used Bagel Lovers for 6 years. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, the price is fair, and the service is efficient and friendly. They care about the product they deliver and how they represent themselves. For individual breakfasts and breakfast meetings, its a no-brainer--its Bagel Lovers!

If this is where the locals eat, I feel bad for them. Price for a bagel with cream cheese and lox was 8 dollars which seemed high. Our counter person was abrasive but the other staff seemed nice.

I love bagel sandwiches, so when I go, I get breakfast & lunch at the same time. My favorite bagel? SALT. They can never make enough! Good meat for their sandwiches too
