Pharmacy selection for wound care was garbage. When my girlfriends biopsy cut opened up after having her stiches remived, I went in here looking for steri-strips or butterfly strips to close the wound. First off, the the only bandages they had were in the first aid isle: this seems obvious, but the first aid section was not in the pharmacy section - it was in another isle was not near the immediate vicinity of the pharmacy. This made it difficult to find. I had to ask the pharmacist for directions. Which leads me to the next problem: the pharmacist could not have been any less help. I explained that I was looking for steri-strips strip or butterfly strips and the pharmacist simply said "if we have them, theyre in the first aid section across the way." He didnt even know what they had available. That was frustrsting. The most annoying thing is that after 10 minutes of searching the pharmacy area, and receiving minimal help from the pharmacist, I got to the first aid section - only to find that they had no steri-strips or butterfly strips. In fact, the only items they had were 6 types of crappy bandages that were not adequate for closing a small wound what so ever. The only thing they had that could have been helpful was a roll of adhesive tape. So I bought this tape because there was truly nothing else there. And of course, the tape was not sticky enough to hold the wound closed at all. Threw that in the garbage and went over to longeneckers; that pharmacy was just 2 minutes away, and they had everything that a good pharmacy would have. Moral of this story: dont come to this Weiss if you have to take care of an open wound. Its garbage. Go to longeneckers. They know what theyre doing.

I have been going between Wise and Walmart for years now. I have seen a slow growth of foot traffic for Wise. This is good news. Their produce has been fresher and are slowly finding their niche. I find myself going to Wise more often then Walmart even though Wise is typically more expensive because it is more convenient and not nearly as busy as Walmart. Their staff is normally friendly and always willing to help. They keep the store clean. With all this being said, I would rather go to Giant if there was one nearby.

Terrible today. This may be my last visit to Weis in Gap. Empty shelves. Dairy case completely empty--no butter, margarine etc. Nothing on my list was in stock. I do not like full circle brand at all and the Weis brand is not what it used to be. Cutting quality and reasonable prices has done me in. There is no incentive for me to shop Weis any more. Prices are up and quality is way down. I am done!!!!

Buyer Beware- Check Exp Dates! In a hurry yesterday I grabbed three items. Two of them were expired. The mixed nuts I can understand somewhat since they were on the Clearance Shelf. The Soup Can that expired 5 MONTHS ago and stocked neatly at the front of the shelf is inexcusable. Check your dates, people.

Double check expiration dates! Ive had to return several items due to old expiration dates. Produce is extremely high! Decent sale prices on meat and frozen depts. Nice cashiers and service desk. A shame they are so lax in checking expiration dates.

Weis has great sale prices and really good quality meat cuts! They do have some issues with out of date products so keep an eye on that. The cashiers could use some lessons on customer service and they need to speed up!

Unremarkable grocery store. Good parking, average produce, average bakery, good delicatessen. Checking out takes a good while because of no self check out. Big savings with a Weis card.
