Tried this place for the first time walked in and was very pleased with how the restaurant looked but sadly that was the ONLY pleasing fact about the place. We waited awhile. The Waitress was unfamiliar with the menu and seemed clueless to any questions. She then came out and asked me if I had ordered a bacon egg cheese on a bagel or a Kaiser roll I told her a bagel then our food was delivered and my sandwich came out with a Kaiser roll. She said it was her mistake that she had made the bagel and forgot to use it she took my sandwhich and quickly reappeared with it on a bagel I looked down and could CLEAR AS DAY she her fingerprint in my cheese because she had just used her hand to swap out the ingredients from the kasier to the bagel. HOW DISGUSTING!!! Everything she touches and she just used her hand??!! I didnt touch my food and told her I no longer wanted it so I got to go somewhere and leave without eating anything! Total waste of time and we will never be back (which is a shame because the kids enjoyed their specialty waffles and my mother said her chicken croquettes were authentic and very good although they were served with microwaved flavorless green beans - not a pinch of seasoning of any kind) Wish them luck theyll need it!

my wife and i was to the hampton waffle house a few times . first i had waffles and chicken it was great then it went from two breast boneless to one breast then to something like oncore chicken strips...really really sad..the pancakes also became worse DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING .....TELL YOU YOUR BEST DEAL IS TO GO TO ERWINS BROWNSVILLE RD! joe joyce and tina joyce friends of restaurant owner why both 5 stars NOT! and... i did not say tyson i said oncore !

Found this spot while having work done for my vehicle. Got some brunch with two eggs and bacon, came with toast and home fries. Eggs were great, but the toast was disappointingly buttered up already, and the home fries did not fresh. Service could have been better, but there was only one waiter covering 4 tables while I was there. Still giving a 4 out 5 stars for this time, and will try this place once again.

I have enjoyed everything Ive ordered. I have been there a handful of times and everyone I have taken there with me has enjoyed the food as well. I think they are in a bad location for business and I hope they have staying power. A diamond in the ruff..... Go there and enjoy the food, the staff, and the great pricing.....

Been there twice so far and food and Service was excellent. The waffles are light, airy and delicious. They offer 3 types of syrup at the table. Maple is still my favorite. Even my Dad who is a foodie loved it and wants to go back asap. The place is clean and the servers very friendly. Cant wait to go back again.

I dont know what is going on there, it used to be a good place to eat, now the service has become terrible and it takes forever to get your meal. I,could understand one bad time but now it has happened to us three times in a row and we wont be going back.

My wife and I go here a few weekends a month for breakfast. Service is always top notch and friendly, the food is really good as well. Get here early as seating is limited and this place seems to have caught on with locals.
