Здесь не нужно ждать какой то изысканной пищи. По сути это фастфуд. Я пробовал суши, рыбу на пару, стручковую фасоль, фрукты. Еда обычная, но нормальная. Фрукты свежие, но их разнообразия нет. Десертов тоже немного. С утра стоимость посещения 9 долларов, плюс банка Фанты ещё доллар. Но однажды мы зашли после 16:00... И счёт принесли уже на 37 долларов. В выходные дни, к 11 утра в кафе уже много народу. Некоторые приходят со спиртным - разрешено. Несмотря на это, никто не буровит, все отдыхают тихо и спокойно. В общем нормальное место, особенно для тех кто любит много поесть.

Horribel horrible service never going there again. A waitress was one hungry for tip person,very rude.. Who left me no choice but to speak with her manager. She thought we werent leaving her tip so when she brought change back to my mam she threw it in her face and walked away mumbling something to herself. Once everyone started leaving the first thing she did was run over and look at her tip no thank you no good night no nothing like if you dont know how to treat your customers right and cant patiently wait for your tip you should not be a waitress. I do not recomend this place to anyone.

I have been to many buffets over the years and no other buffet has offered as large a variety of food as Hong Kong. The quality is good but is not top shelf but its well worth the price. Regarding at least one earlier review, I have never been pressured for a larger tip to the extent that it caused conflict. The employees probably get little money and they might a be on the pay or the ignorance of those who believes that the staff are waiters not servers. Enjoy, we have for years. And BTW, catch the lunch time price and stay for dinner where they offer more seafood.

The worst buffet in NE Phila so far. After the reconstruction, after the grand reopening the food is worst than it used to be and the service got worse. Food is either not cooked properly or cold . Workers are rude to guests. May be it is their cultural way, may be they just got cheap. That was my last time here ,especially after they came to my 11 years old daughter and told her that she has to pay extra for snow crab legs since it was a heir for dinner menu at 3:30pm.. people ,stop coming here , it is not good place any more

The food is great maybe because i love Chinese food in general but its rare to find respectable buffets.the service is basic not too much complains. For one I have only met well organized and kind servers, except they mostly imply that you should not stay too long lol. I would say its a bit cheesy needs more activities something to help the guests maybe interact in some way. I respect the place but sometimes there are some pieces of old food mixed with the fresh. In all ill give it a 4 star rating

Honestly it is the worst Chinese buffet in PHILADELPHIA. IT WAS MY 2ND AND LAST TIME HERE. The service was horrible both times, the hosts and the manager need to learn how to talk to customers. Most of the food was either undercooked or cold. Selection was very poor both times in comparison to other similar places. They told my daughter not to take snow crab legs because it was for dinner time at 3 on. My family will not go their again and I recommend your family to the same.

i used come here with my parents about 8 years ago. when we first started food was fresh staff was friendly and everything was tasty. Now its terrible. not sure maybe they changed owners however couple year back this place just went down to shits. food is TERRIBLE staff is rude. i even tried going couple times for lunch and dinner to see maybe one is better than the other and it DID not make a difference. shame but i wont be coming back here

Not at all crazy about the food and people werent too friendly here. Also is it a big deal to get cold noodles without getting them cooked by the guy (the kind used to make lo mein?)?? Everyone was giving me weird looks like I was comitting a crime or something! Yes eating cold noodles is probably bizarre to most people but its no ones business but mine what I eat! Never coming back here.

I have been to Hong Kong King Buffet on multiple occasions before they recently refurbished it with family and friends ,and it is a fantastic Asian restaurant . They have an enormous and varied selection of mouthwatering and palatable foods that you can eat to your hearts content for a fairly reasonable price . I would very much love to come back in the near future .

Food was not warm tryed many diffrent things said they had flounder never seen a flounder that looked like a blue fish the prices for food is out of control will not return to this place i think i will cook my cat next time poor poor kitty ps kitty will live a long and happy life and the chincs better stay away from my neighbor hood

Hey as far as buffets go this place has a very decent selection. Somethings are better than others but at only $13.99 per adult dinner it sure as heck beats the pants off of the $62 dinner I and a friend had at (name withheld) Japanese restaurant just a few miles down the road a few nights back. Welcome back Hong Kong King!

I go to these buffets just for unlimited sushi and shrimp; let me tell you I have been to many buffets in my life and this one beats em all. The food is really good, the price is affordable, and the place is nice and spacious. I visit this place at least twice a month and have never had any bad experiences.

Been a favorite of mine all my life. Food selection is great as they offer many western, Chinese, seafood, vegetable and desert dishes. The quality of the food is good and tastes fresh. Getting the snow crab is about a 10 minute wait because theyre people are so competitive to get them.

Reopened without circular frying table. Specially prepared food was not tasty, as the customer can no longer select from a variety of spiced flavors to add before the cook fries it up. Previously there had been at least 6 different sauces available. Now just two: teriyaki and soy.

Renovated and recently reopened with clean Grey motif. Theyre pretty much up to speed now after a slow restart. One major change is they now serve the dinner menu [and prices] all day Sunday. If you remember to ask, seniors [65+] can get a discount.

Came there with Business associates for dinner Monday eve.the waitress was very nice they refilled my drinks, & took plates away, the food was hot, the Sushi bar great we will be back.

Absolutely horrible!! Everything was cold. There were Nats in the sweet and sour sauce and hair in the ice cream. Seating is on top of each other way to over crowded.
