WTF!! This store jsut sucks.. everytime I asks them replace beef to beans, it always forgets and give with beef. For religious reason, I dont eat non veg. This bunch of idoits due to erratic work ethics messes it up. This place need a lot of quality checks. Just sucks. I am urging all the veg people to first avoid this plance if not possible then be doubly sure before you eat anything served by this store. Especially, if you are serving to ur kids or parents who may not able to diffrentiate.

They get progressively worse every time. You call to report a problem with a drive through order and no one picks up the phone - ever. 90% of the time there is a problem with the soda not having enough syrup; tonight it has NONE - pure seltzer. Many times the chips are stale....often you get stuck in a very long line at the drive through that you cant get out of because of the design. This place needs some serious attention.

Wife and I went to get food, walked from Sheraton next door, door was wide open, the people were rude, one of them started pointing towards us upset that the door was open. They refused to serve us because only the drive through was supposed to be open. The place looked dirty, so did the people working there. I wouldnt eat there if the food was free.

Let me tell you, the service here is phenomenal! I cant remember the name of the employee but he was amazing! When they got my friends order wrong, he was quick to replace it. Very kind and friendly! I would go to this taco bell just for this mans incredible dedication and service!

I went there at night, and there were no customers waiting. I ordered nachos with just meat and cheese. No sour cream, beans, or whatever. They were too busy dancing and having fun to get my order right. I dont even know why I bother going back, they never get my order right.

I stood in line for 10 minutes behind a line of 4 people and ended up walking out after hearing a heated argument between the apparent manager and an employee. Do yourself a favor and head over to Chilis across the street for better service and food in about the same time.

This is the first Taco bell Ive been to with NO complaints. Food was hot. Staff was courtesy. Drive thru was crowded but moved extremely fast. Great service
