Its a shame that I spend so much money at this burger King location ..Today my 80 year old grandmother wasnt feeling like burgers or whatever so we stopped to grab her something else before heading over to eat and play there ..We werent there 5 mins till a snotty manager named RON CAME OVER. TO TELL US we cant eat other food in there dining room umm OK but it was a sandwich and a cup of coffee and I was about to spend at least 20 more dollars in there establishment on there food I was just trying to settle in...Well he wasnt having it and he was VERY OBNOXIOUS AND RUDE ..I asked him if it was a rule at every burger King and he said YES so I asked about bringing my kids lunch from home which Ive done and he said thats a different story really?? So I ended up leaving with 2 now miserable little kids so of course I called there headquarters..RON NEEDS MORE TRAINING AND I WIDH I COULD OF DELIVERED THE NEWS MYSELF THAT ITS ABSOLUTELY NOT THERE POLICY AT ALL AND THEY ARE GOING TO REFRESH THE EMPLOYEES ON THERE TRUE POLICYS...GUESS HE THOUGHT I WAS BLUFFING UMM NO!! I hope RON takes care of the stick he has stuck up his ass and stops trying to ruin little kids playtimes over literally $4.00 lol...

This Burger King us simply the best Burger King I have ever entered. The place is the Mercedes Benz of Burger Kings. It is beautiful, updated, and always clean. There is a large two story indoor enclosed play area that is separated by glass from the rest if the indoors, there is ALSO a large fenced in well kept outdoor play area with plenty of tables and benches. There is a large party building attached to the outdoor playground so it is great for large events. There is free internet, computers, large screen TV, a fireplace, lots of little nooks and open glass areas for those who want to avoid kids also! The manager is always here, and I rarely write reviews but I am so impressed with this place. Im not a fast food person but when I have my granddaughter and meeting people out for a quick meal with kids this place cant be beat. This Burger King is across from Sesame Place.

It was nice inside but dirty the trash cans were overflowing trash on the floor two of the team members got into a fist fight why they were preparing are food and there wasnt really a clean spot to sit when we were leaving it wasnt that busy and all the team members were standing around talking to each other nobody bothered to do any cleaning up also I didnt like the fact that there was two of them smoking outside of the front door thats kind of gross this took place Thursday night January 14, 2016 around 7:20

Can drive thru be any slower? My food better be hot and fresh due to all the time Im waiting. But more than likely it will be a burger thats been sitting in a tray for hours along with stale floppy fries smh

We take our kids to the play area and have lunch. If you need something to do with the kids on a rainy day definitely check it out.
