I have gotten a take out sandwich 3 times.. driving home from work in early evening. I ask for oregano on my sandwich..twice I got none.. So tonight I called and a female answered and she was friendly and joking with me.i told her about my prior sandwiches.so she types extra extra oregano.. So I get there and ask with a smile if I got the oregano.i tried to half jokingly explain.the person at register remained straight faced . Asked the preparer if there was oregano on it. They didnt smile.they didnt care that I had not gotten what i ordered to. prior vists .he guy gestures that he threw a handful on top.. I just finished eating part of this horrendous sandwich.im practically choking. .he didnt mix it in Irvine the lettuce.. it was literally a quarter cup dumped on the very top.. ridiculous.. I am done going here.. any cook would know that someone cannot eat a sandwich like that..I cannot get the rate out of my mouth.. they were not nice either..all I wanted was to get oregano on my sandwich as I currently dont have any in my kitchen.. the one taking my order should have just communicate the issue and correct it..apologize..Very poor place! And they cant make a decent sandwich!

Convenient spot, with a decent beer selection. After a day at the park, I wanted to get a 6-pack from their cooler. They were crammed on a short shelf at the top, and the cardboard bottom was wet. As the sliding door hit my wrist, the bottles immediately fell to the floor, breaking two. I turned around and apologized, asking how to correct this. In return, I received 20 seconds of groans and sighs by the owner & counter employee (plus a regular customer who felt it was her place to interject some scorn). I picked up the unbroken bottles and asked if they wanted me to place them on the counter. [More groaning/staring.] Ultimately, I paid for another 6-pack, tipping FIVE DOLLARS for the two broken beers (and mild inconvenience). The condescending look that I received almost made me reach back into the tip jar for it. Unprofessional, unprepared, and unadult. Learn how to run a business.

The food was okay, but I have to agree with other reviews that the service was glacial-paced. The hostess seated us and then came back a number of minutes later to take our drink order and refused to take our food order. She seemed offended at the question. After another lengthy time, I got the attention of a server attending another table and asked about our server. She was unapologetic and snarked something in the opposite direction she was walking. Our server appeared a number of minutes later. The food arrived a total of about an hour after we sat down. Believe me, it was not worth the wait. We came on a Sunday evening, and the restaurant was hardly crowded. I also overheard another table complaining of the same thing. We shant be going back.

How can you screw pizza up? We ordered a Mediterranean to go, opened the box and it was as if someone had blindly thrown large chunks of green pepper and tomato in the middle of a base, then tipped a jar of green olives with pimento all over it. No passion at all, or at least totally misguided. Will never return.

Food was ok service was terrible. After we got our drinks we had to ask the manager to take our order. She did but was never apologetic. Never asked If we needed more drinks. Thanked her numerous times with no response. She was completely rude. Wish I read the reviews before I went.

I really dont understand the bad reviews. We come here every time we visit Knoebels and we always have good service, great food, and find the prices to be very reasonable. We will definitely continue to visit here everytime we are in the area!

Food is always good. Never had a problem with them getting the order correct, that seems to be the problem everywhere but here it is not. I like the other review that says the manager slapped her on the ass. Hahahahaha yeah right.

Service sucks. But since they add $15 dollars on your bill for a tip without telling you before hand I guess it dont much matter about how well they do thier job. Would not recommend.

The service and food was delicious! All the staff was very kind. The food was delivered quick and hot and plenty of it. The atmosphere was nice as well. I definitely recommend it.

Good pizza near knoebels. Service could have been better. Plates were dirty. Some excuse about the dishwasher. Ended up cleaning them myself with a napkin and some water.

This is the best OIP of all. There sauce is perfect with a light but chewy crust. The lobster ravioli is my personal favorite.
