Worst experience ever. First the wine they served, glass wasnt clean. When we told him. He was like oh ok. I mean thats it....! Then they serve food.. We ordered chicken alfredo and spaghetti wasnt cooked actually that was half cooked. When we told them they say we change this. That part good at least they change. But when they bring back that chicken Alfredo, there was no chicken in it. It was only spaghetti. Again we call them and they were like maybe chef forgot that. Ill put some chicken in it. They took 1 hour to re-do that chicken alfredo and by the time they bring back it was 9:45 pm and we all eat our dinner except her so we ask they to make it take away as she dont wanna eat now. But when today we open that takeaway they gave. That was same uncooked spaghetti... I mean we paid for that uncooked food. Thats not what Olive Garden do....! Take care guys check n they start eat or drink here

To me the Olive Garden is not an Italian restaurant however my two ladies like this place so I put up with it. The food is not even close to what I can prepare at home. Well today I proved my point. It is my daughters birthday and I spent over $120.00 for dinner. They sang happy birthday but instead of cake they brought out whipped cream and a candle. I cant stop laughing. This is the story Im going to tel to my 550 Facebook Friends, 100 employees and all of my family. It is just to funny. This restaurant could not afford a 50 cents piece of cake. LOL cant stop laughing. No class what so ever. If it were one of our local true Italian Restaurants they would have bent over backwards. Sorry Olive Garden - you have no class what so ever.

Went to Olive Garden in easton last night. We had a wonderful waitress named Nicole. She was very efficient, kind, and had an upbeat attitude. Probably one of the best waitresses weve ever had. They did mess up one of our orders and the meat was undercooked to our liking, however once this was brought up to the waitress the manager came out and apologized and said the meal was on them and they completely remade the dish and it was perfect. The waitress alone was wonderful but the whole staff at Olive Garden really made it out to be a wonderful experience and they should be rewarded by a good recommendation. Thank you all for making our date night special.

The waitress was very rude, she didnt even want to wait on us. The salad had way too much dressing. All you could taste is an overload of the dressing. The salad plates were hot, shouldve been ice cold. I got the five cheese ziti Ive gotten it at many places but this time the sauce was orange and there was a puddle of orange oil on the bottom of the plate. I split dessert with my cousin but I couldnt split it because it was too frozen. Which makes it obvious its freezer bought and stored. It was the black tie mouse cake which is usually delicious. This restaurant looked way to fancy from the outside to turn out to be a waste of time.

Good staff but food doesnt taste fresh. Taste as if it came frozen in a bag and all they do in the back is just heat it up for you. Salad is good but since I can get the dressing at the store I just buy that and make my own salad. There are so many italian restaurant around the Easton area serving authentic freshly made italian food I dont know why anyone would go here instead. By the way I love their chocolate moose cake

I guess customers sitting at the bar because of lack of seating at the request of the staff dont count. Waited on more soup salad breadsticks for almost 10 minutes as waitresses passed by, made eye contact and kept walking. My party even stacked all the dirty dishes on our table so the girls up front didnt have to work to hard when they finally came by the table. Just got my soup.....and still no breadsticks.

Took to long for waitress to attend to us when we needed her, asked for 3 refills and she only brings back 1 and then takes long again to bring the other 2, the dessert I ordered had ice cream on top anyone can guess how it brought out to me right lol, thus place sucks, also another (black family) had to cancel order cause they was taking to dam long to wait the tables

The food here is way too salty. If they put less salt then i think everything would be fine. Its a very nice looking place with nice staff. The salad is very good and the bread sticks are good but also salty. Two people at the table stopped eating because they couldnt stand the saltines. If that didnt bother you then i would say the food is very good.

The food was horrible. Everything was out of a bag. My sisters meal had to be sent back; there were multiple entire cloves of garlic in her pasta. The location was ugly and far too bright and open. And to top it off, our waitress slid things across the entire table... Wouldnt recommend it, wouldnt go again.

The food was excellent, but the server was terrible. She didnt smile during our entire visit. Asked us how the food was, but you could tell she didnt actually care and started to walk away before I answered. Lynn was a horrible server. If you dont mind POOR service with good food this place is for you.

They are not capable of handling large parties. We had a reservation for a party of 20 with plenty of notice. The service was so slow. The waiters were so confused. Two of our orders came out well after everyone was finished. They didnt even offer to discount tge meal cause we had to take it to go.

Took out the family for Mothers Day, was crowded but they got us in quick (we did have reservations because of it being a holiday, its normally not that crowded on an average day). The staff were very courteous and attentive. The food was good of course (free bread sticks!!!

We love the unlimited Salad and bread sticks and the fresh tasting main dishes. We have tried several of their new dishes and have enjoyed them all. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. We appreciate all the good food that is reasonably priced and well presented.

Its a very nice restaurant and people there are very kind and hospitable, there is unlimited amazing salad and suop and the prices are fine but maybe the portions are not big enough to make you full for the people who eat much. But u can always ask for more salad.

They are starting to cut back on things. For example, there is a lot less chicken on the Chicken Alfredo. In addition, I seem to keep getting a server who does not know the difference between club soda, tonic water, and plain water.

We were a group of 9 and received excellent service. Our waiter and her "helper" were very attentive and helpful. We were not rushed, individual checks were given without being asked. We will return.

Service was decent. Ordered the shrimp scampi portions were small. Had a coupon for a free appetizer and then was told after the fact it had a $10 limit and we had to pay the difference
