So I had been coming here for oh probably 3 or 4 years since my family move back to Easton. Perfect little hole in the wall type sushi place that did really good sushi. About a year ago I called for a delivery (They had delivered to me a few times before I live just outside of Easton in Williams Twp). The person I spoke to informed me they were no longer doing deliveries to Williams Twp because its to far away and the driver didnt want to go out anymore because apparently its to difficult to find his way in Williams Twp. I then proceeded to give them an earful about being a delivery driver myself for DHL and how Ive gone out of my way countless times through all kinds of weather and having stayed out as late as midnight sometimes during the holidays to get all my packages delivered. They didnt seem to care even when I told them I was a long time customer. So I didnt go back for about a year and then I decided to give them a second chance. Well they still wont come out to Williams Twp and they dont care that Ive been a long time customer whos never had a single complaint before this nonsense with the delivery. Well I dont have time for a third strike these days so I will not be returning. And if the manager happens to read this, you sir lost a loyal customer of several years I hope youre pleased with yourself.

Im sure this restaurant has a pretty okay reputation but we were unlucky. Waited 2 hours for our food service to arrive because the driver put in the wrong address. Then proceeded to deliver other orders in priority because he got lost. Were only 15 minutes away. Other people stated theyve been local for years. On top of that they got part of our order wrong, and we asked for a replacement. Order taker said it was ok, her supervisor said it was ok, and it was out for delivery. Somehow the actual owner of the restaurant heard about this last minute and refused to deliver it because it was "too out of the way" and our location is "just outside their delivery range" as it was in the car. Ive had experience where Asian food places delivered to places 30 minutes away. Yes, we couldve picked it up ourselves, but we didnt predict this was going to happen The food was probably wasted, at least they said they will refund that part of the order, but seeing how they change their minds a lot, who knows if well even get the refund? Got $40 worth of food, I saved up for a few weeks for treating myself but it backfired. Their food was pretty okay though. But service and food goes hand in hand about restaurants, in the end its about the experience. Their food didnt make up for it. ****Dont call when theyre busy****

New Imperial Chinese is my first choice for Asian food in the Lehigh Valley! Their sushi is the best. (Try the Avocado Rolls!) And their soups, appetizers, and entrees are freshly made and delicious. These folks even make string beans taste like heaven. Their sizzling entrees are a must-try. If you like seafood, I recommend any of their jumbo shrimp selections, including their Walnut Shrimp. I highly recommend the Steamed Dumplings and Teriyaki Beef sticks. Their Crispy Orange Beef and Sesame Chicken are outstanding. Their portions are generous and very reasonably priced. And the atmosphere is very family and kid friendly. They have plenty of cozy booths, as well as some tables. Joe and Sandy will make you feel right at home, and they will bend over backwards to make sure that you have a memorable dining experience. Definitely worth a trip to Easton! Oh, and if you live in the area, they offer free delivery!

I have been eating here for the better part of 10 years. The food is usually very consistent, and in the past few years, it has been even more so. The prices for what you get can not be beat, especially for the lunch specials. The sushi is above average for a restaurant that does most of their business in Chinese food. The delivery is also extremely quick, it has never taken longer than 40 minutes from the time I order to get my food, most of the time its sub - 30 minutes. I would recommend the Singapore mi-fun,the dumplings which they make themselves, the beef lo-mien, and the steamed chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce on the side. They has a waitress for many years that was amazing, but she left and the recent waiters have been below average. But the owner Joe and the hostess will be sure to make sure you are taken care of. A real shining example of a great "American" Chinese food restaurant.

I would give it one star but since my one dish was good Ill give it two. I have ordered from here for years and never got food or service this bad before. The noodles were flavor less and all clumped together like one big lump. Actually sent it back with the delivery driver when he came back the second time to drop off the wasabi that they forgot. So you think they would have remade the dish and sent it with the driver since we did explain to them on the phone how the dish was and about the missing wasabi. Will never order from here again.

best chinese food around , and the portions are great! the guy that complained about them not delivering to williams twp is a cry baby. get in your car and go pick it up you lazy lard. i happen to be there tonight when he came in , and he was still crying about it. why give that restaurant a bad review just because you dont want to get in your car and go pick it up and DHL is nothing ,you dont do anything all day, Fedex and UPS and the post office do it all, DHL is like 3rd string volleyball.

Hands down the absolute best Chinese/Japanese food weve had in the Valley. While menu is abbreviated everything was of the highest caliber, from the miso soup, delicious rice and egg roll that accompanied the combo meals, to the delightfully fresh seaweed salad, the food did not disappoint. And the sushi was melt-in-your mouth fresh and delicious. Delivery quick and painless. We will definitely be visiting this establishment in person soon. Never getting Asian food anywhere else.

Their food is tastier than most standard Chinese takeout places. Everything Ive had has better than what I expect. I took off one star because the guy that always answers the phone for me has such poor English that I really cant understand anything he says, and I just wish theyd open later and close later. I think they open at 10 am and close at 11 pm. Who wants takeout Chinese before mid afternoon and who doesnt want it after midnight?

I first had takeout at this restaurant - the price was fair and the portions were on par with what Ive gotten from other places in the Lehigh Valley. I thought the food tasted great. I dined in here once and had a good experience. The dining room was small but cozy and it had a nice atmosphere. I think the food tastes great and the server was extremely nice. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Heres what I ordered,: 2 general tsos with pork fried rice instead of white (extra dollar/meal) and an egg roll..my total? 29 dollars even, need I say more? Oh and for delivery you have to spell everything out and repeat it even though theyre local and have been here forever..
