I was very disappointed when I ordered $68.00 worth of food a day ago. The reason why I ordered from them is because during the times I would go there for lunch and order a couple slices of pizza. The pizza they brought out looks the same as the ones they displayed. But when I placed an order for pick up on my way home from work. The pizzas that I ordered didnt look like like nothing from their display. When I got there it was basically empty. So I was confused on how they can provide great pizza during lunch, but the opposite when they have down time. Ridiculous! This is after telling my family that they wouldnt be disappointed.

Extremely disgusting. I did not realize that an Italian sausage sandwich was supposed to be still pink. I understand cooking a large order in bulk is challenging, but a little bit of quality control goes a long way. Fortunately, I was able to save it and make it at home myself with a nice bolognese sauce. If only it wasnt a quarter of a day after lunch. Very rarely do I leave any sort of review, but Im hoping this message gets back to the owners or head chef so they can take it, and learn from it. Best wishes to those who eat here. Maybe your experience will be better than mine.

Just visited this with a co-worker. Food: Great food, and great options. I tried their Sicilian which was fantastic. Their Boardwalk style Norristown pizza was OK. I think I was expecting a different sauce? The crust though was fantastic. The wings, and the sauce, were right on target and some of the better ones ive had in the area. Atmosphere: This was as good as you can expect from a half pizza/half deli/bakery store type of place. Lots of locals and Italian culture. Go try it for sure!

One of the best places to eat in the area. Delicious sandwiches and desserts. Havent had a chance to eat at the pizza restaurant but was given a sample slice and it was delicious. The owner is one of the nicest guys and the rest of the staff is very friendly. We got there right at closing time for the bakery side and they still took our order and got us our hot sandwiches in just a few minutes. I will be going back again and again.

My girlfriend and I are on a personal mission to attempt to eat every one of their pizzas on the menu and havent had one that wasnt outstanding yet! From the service to the variety of deliciousness on the menu to the friendly staff/service, Collegeville Italian Bakery is simply a neighborhood treasure that should be a food destination for everyone that likes to go out to eat (which is everyone!).

Favorite place EVER! We go here every Friday for Pizza and often at least one other night a week for burgers or cheesesteak! Also their homemade fresh bread is unbelievable! Oh did I mention Nutella soft serve?!?! Could not live without this place. If you have not been you MUST go. Last but not least the owners and everyone who works there are SO incredibly kind. It feels like family

The staff was very friendly. They had a lot of pizza slices to select from. My friends and I each got a different slice. My favorite was the college slice which had alternating layers of sweet sauce and fresh mozzarella. I added pepperoni. It was a nice brick oven slice that reminded me of New York brick oven pizza. Dont forget to ask for a sample of their nutella soft serve.

This was my first time there, we ordered food for takeout, as I was wandering around inside the restaurant looking for other things ,I ran across the owner who was more than happy to give us a sample of his pizza which was outstanding, the food that we took for takeout was also well cooked and very fresh I would back to this place

For all the hype, I found this place a bit underwhelming. Ive gotten the chicken cutlet sandwiches on 3 different trips based on the reviews and was never really blown away. Part of the issue is they overload the sandwich making difficult and messy to eat. The wait is always pretty long and Im not sure its worth it.

These guys are a big family including their clients, my wife and I decided to stop by to try their food and Im glad we did. Being Russian/Romanian my family is big and loud around the table and this is how I felt at this place, like Im having lunch with my family. Food was amazing and their service is top notch.

I had heard that this place was good .. but I was very disappointed in the food and the service was terrible! The food was not good.. ordered pizza and it was burned.. the service was Terrible.. food took a very long time .. and it wasnt busy.. no one asked to refill drinks or check on all of us at all!

Love this place. We dont live close by but we make the drive or plan it into trips anyway. The owner is always around and cars for the staff and customers, it shows! We do family dinners here, group dinners, parties it doesnt matter. The bakery is phenomenal too. Pizza of my dreams.

Awesome pizzas and desserts! Also has delicious gluten free options. My favorite things there are the unique breakfast pizza, and the gluten free personal pizzas are the best Ive ever had! The bakery and little Italian grocery shop is also fun to browse. Must visit if youre nearby!

Collegeville Italian Bakery is almost a daily visit for our family. Steve and Patrizia are just some good old fashion great great people!! Fantastic pizza, great Italian specialties and best milkshakes on this side of the Mississippi!! We love it!

Order a large sasage pizza and get a sausage sandwich. DONT THINK I GOT WHAT I ORDERED. The girl that took my order looked at me like I did something wrong. Well looks like a sandwich it is. Just wont go back.
