Team members were to busy talking about "Di** Sucking Lips) and had NO sense of urgency. I placed my order and the person at the counter then diapered into the back. After waiting 10 mins for my food and watching the employees walk around the back of the kitchen talking about this and that I walked to the front counter to ask about my food. After making eye contact with the manager Chasity Warner three or four times while she was making orders I still had to wait at the counter for 5 mins to get some service. She then asked me if I had received my order yet. I informed her no and I would like a refund that 15 mins is absurd for Taco Bell. I was given a full refund without an apology. My family and I go to this Taco Bell maybe once a month now and then and it has ALWAYS been a great, clean, friendly place. Until recently, the restaurant today was completely filthy. Trash was all over the floor and counters. I had to clean a seat off myself so I could sit and wait on my food. (I am a Disabled Veteran and it is hard to stand for long times) I would keep an eye on this chain as it seems to have been going down the past two months.

Slow service, have complained through several avenues now (via feedback on website and over Twitter DMs) and this Taco Bell still regularly lets me down. Their service on the average is awfully slow - if you plan to go through the drive-thru just expect to be there for 30 minutes or longer. They average 5 minutes per car. The food is generally ok, but this time my food was awful. That being said, they do have their good days, but those seem to be few and far in between.

I would give a 0 if I could! A party of 5, one of us didnt get our food at all, reminded them twice and still missed dinner! Even worse the manager "Robby" was persistent about making a person who repeatedly claimed they were disabled to get up and walk to the register and pay $1 for the cashiers mistake! Absolutely ridiculous! This has been reported to the Pennsylvania human relations commission!

Every time I have been here they make me feel like Ive known them all my whole life. Great service every time! The only time they had made a mistake and forgot something they were very polite about getting my order fixed for me right away. Love the service and the food, keep up the great work.

This location has gone downhill within the past month. Went through the drive thru on two separate occasions and the first time they forgot my side items that came with my meal and the second time they didnt have all of the ingredients in my crunchwrap...the meat was missing!!!

I frequent this place more than I should but I love it. The food is normally done to standard just every 3rd or 4th time Ill be waiting a laughable amount of time for a small order. Not sure why this is such a common occurrence. Regardless, the staff is always pleasant.
