Horrible service and food. Stopped in for the Wednesday night buffet. Pasta on the buffet was almost empty and what was left was completely dried out. Very few pieces of pizza were left on the buffet and were cold. They did not add anything to the buffet while we were there for 45 min. When we checked out the young man that was behind the counter asked how our meal was. I told him awful he said what?? I said the buffet was awful and that they hadnt refilled anything. He said oh well stuff is coming out of the oven now. When we left he said have a nice evening.........if you can!!! Dont waste your time or money.

Horrible! Arrived at 17:21 to pick up my order that was to be ready at 17:26. Only to find out they had to remake my one pizza, so no real problem right? Wrong at 17:31 I over hear the cashier asking the cooks did you remake that pizza yet? What is wrong with people these days? Attention to details! A pure lack of it! No true adults working here. I know it sucks to work in retail restaurants but do your best at whatever you do!

We ordered for delivery and it took them 3 hours to deliver it!!!!!! Were less than 2 miles away!! The manager offered to take some of the charges off, including delivery for the inconvenience and never happened. Honestly, after 3 hours, this meal should have been comped. Especially when we had a 3 and 5 year old that needed to eat and had to wait til almost 830 to eat when they should have been in bed!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst service ever Ive gotten better in new jersey it took them 10 min to just acknowledge me ( mind you they took a phone order them walked away from me) the waitresses were either outside with her boyfriend or txting on there phone but when the one txting was done she finally helped me lol but as always the stuffed crust is always good but you cant really mess something up thats premade for you lol

This is by far the worst pizza hut I have ever been to. We have given them more than one chance in the past few months and they have messed up our order every time. And they make no effort to make it right and come up with excuses every time. We will no longer be getting food from here.

I am Pizza hut lover, the quality is good and had excellent experience overall, but it got changed when i tried to place order at Waynesboro PA, it was hard to make her understand the toppings, she shows her frustration talking on phone and very much in hurry to hung up the phone.

Every time I order they seem to mess it up. If it gets delivered its hours later after multiple phone calls or I never get it. Once when I walked in the girl gave my pizza to the person in front of me then argued I didnt order. Because that person was her friend. Worst service ever.

We ordered a dinner box, Ordered it online at 5:50pm, called at 6:55pm, asking if the order was on its way. They lost our order in the delivery car, and when we got it, it was freezing cold. It was stale and unpleasant. We will not be back, and the service was horrendous.

Placed order for delivery - it was suppose to be here at 5:53. It is now 7:35 and No Pizza. So we tried to call - phone number does not work! Lousy service-cant cancel order or find out whats going on! Will never order from them again.
