Fresh bread and a warm greeting from the baker I have enjoyed Cosi for years. The food is great and I like the healthy selection. But my favorite thing about Cosis is getting a piece of flatbread while waiting to order. I also enjoy the interaction with the baker. The baker is the person customers see as they enter the store -- the baker is Cosis greeter and this position is vital to Cosis success. My favorite baker is David Washburn. Not only does he make sure bread is waiting for the customers but he is friendly and serves as Cosis ambassador. He makes eating at the Center Valley Cosis a great success. Karen Collins

Pretty good food and friendly staff but they are often busy and the lines are long. They need a separate line for Togo orders. When i call ahead to pick up an order I dont have time to wait in a long line of people.

The food is good but menu changes have taken away some of the better items. It can be a little full at times which can delay orders but pretty quick on whole.
