On a busy Saturday night the service was poor, some of the wait staff was very unfamiliar with the menu and not helpful at all. The restaurant was packed, mostly with Asian students from Lehigh University. The food was amazing, not your typical oily Chinese food found in strip malls around the area. The appetizers were good, the warm buns were just warm bread, with a delicious sweet dipping sauce, the dumplings were okay, the chicken dumpling soup was delicious, and the squid skewer was very good, one skewer per order. For the entrees we got something from the special menu not written in English, a squid stir fry that was spicy and full of large chunks of garlic. The squid was done properly and it was extremely tasty. We got two clay pot casseroles, the Eggplant & Tofu and the Eggplant & Vegetable Casseroles. Both were amazing, the tofu was better of the two, the vegetable one had many different unfamiliar ingredients that were very good. The final dish ordered was the Basil Chicken Stir Fry, a very familiar type of dish but tasted fresh. The price for a meal for four was less than $70 and there was enough for leftovers. This place is a keeper!

Well in Bethlehem there are not a great deal of options to get "good" Chinese food. U and Tea was on one of those restaurants but after several bad experiences with their customer service, it has changed my mind about the restaurant overall. For example, I ordered my meal half an hour in advance (they said it would take only 15 mins) and I show up, no order prepared, it seemed that they had forgot my order. So I had to wait an additional 15 mins for my food with a tepid apology from the manager. So my advice would be to go somewhere else if you are craving Chinese. Kuki is right across the road.

Just visiting this place, I ordered a shrimp dumpling that contain very strong ammonia, cant ate it, I report to the owner and he said thats how the taste. And they sold out a lot, he said. So, a lot of people will get poison later ... lol. The Mei fun its way too salty and grease, not worth it, the price its way to expensive for Chinese food. Ill never ever go back there anymore. When I was talking about the food, they just smiling, showed me that I said something funny ...

Unexpected quality of authentic Chinese food right in the middle of South Bethlehem. Portion size differs greatly from item to item, and some items may not come out as what you expected - most of the items are not American Chinese. You can taste proper Wok Cooked food, and that is already a great plus. Mala Lai Noodle soup offers the best value (and is my favorite)

The pot stickers are TO DIE FOR! But my thing is, is theres no consistency. One time the general Tso is really spicy, the next itll be mild, and the last time I ate here, it was more sweet. For the price, you really dont get much food as you typically would for a Chinese place but if the food was consistent and always great, it would be some what worth the price.

I am drooling just thinking about it. I come here quite often and on the last visit we order the Ma La Dry Hot Pot and the Ma La Spicy Noodle Soup, every spoon is an explosion of different flavors, this is not your typical take out. "Divino"!!!

The food here was incredible. Its the American/Chinese food youre used to, but they do offer some traditional Chinese dishes as well. The ambiance is a bit to be desired, but that doesnt take anything away from the food.

就餐环境比对面好,但口味稍差。上次过生日送了个长寿面,另外里面有KTV。

Fantastic Chinese restaurant with a much wider menu than traditional Chinese-American dishes. Fairly cheap. They do also mean spicy when they use the word on the menu, so a medium is enough to get your nose running.

A Philadelphia or NY level of Chinese restaurant on the South Side. Some tables have induction surfaces for use by customers for grilling, etc. Their hit pots are a speciality. Vegetarian options are available.

Best Chinese food Ive had in this area. Extensive menu, from american style classics to some more interesting options that are also delicious. The price is a little higher than most, but its worth it.

Always wonderful food. Great authentic taste of China. I try to bring as many non-Chinese friends here as I can, so they can get a taste. Go and enjoy :)
