The food was hit or miss, but the service left a bad taste. When we entered the decor was gorgeous inside. It was definitely a nice interior design job. We waited to be seated after a pause while the bar tender (in street clothes-atypical for the atmosphere) stared at us like we were from another world, glaring. The server came over and sat us in the booth. We informed her that we had a Living Social deal we were redeeming, per their request on the certificate. It wend downhill from there. We each ordered an entree and an appetizer to share. We both had iced water to drink. The spring roll appetizer was average. Similar to something you could get just about anywhere - even the supermarket. We then received our appetizers, which were hastily tossed down onto the table in front of us by the waitress. I ordered the Drunken Noodle (yes, singular - though there was more than one noodle). My wife ordered the Spicy Walnut Chicken. My Noodle was very good. I appreciated the entree very much, as it was as described. My wife, however wasnt so pleased. Her Spicy Walnut Chicken was said to be served with vegetables - It was 95% chicken. Too much chicken. The flavor was good, and the texture was good, too. But it was chicken overload and not enough vegetables. We didnt order dessert. The waitress was no where to be seen until 10 minutes after we were done eating, and she never refilled our water or checked on us. we felt neglected by her. As i said the food was hit or miss, and the lack of service was disheartening. I like to see small businesses thrive, but Im not sure this one will with staff like that.

The first time we went the food was really good and service was fine. We went again another time at 9:30 when they close at 10. It was just myself and my husband so we would have been in and out. We even made a bit of a drive because were not from that general area. When we went in two men awkwardly stared at us until I asked if they were still open. One of them, seeming annoyed, said "only for takeout". We were looking to sit down somewhere to eat and to me 9:30 is not that late for a Saturday. So basically we left and went to the mall and got something to eat. I may or may not go back. I like the food but I didnt like that experience.

I wish I could say the food was good, but we never got it! I had gone before the changes in ownership and thought it was great. I went with a friend of mine and after waiting a long time just to get our water we ordered our food. After waiting an hour and talking to the owner, the food still hadnt arrived! Even worse, people that had come in after us, had gotten their food! The owner seemed to feel badly and asked us to come in again, but didnt make an effort to ask our names or offer us anything for future visits. I will not be going back.

We are big sushi fans and had a really hard time finding good sushi in this area...a friend told us about Lotus and it hit the spot for us!! Its reasonably priced, always extemely fresh and consistent which is huge to us!! If you try it....get a monkey roll and the special house salad! Our favorites!!!

Consistent everything! Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere! You cannot go wrong with Lotus...one of the best signs of a restaurant is the number of regular patrons. Kathy, Nick and Arturo probably greet 80% of their customers by first name. That definitely includes me!

Delicious food, have been there for lunch and dinner, nice variety on menu. Eat in and enjoy the great decor, really like changes made with renovated bar and dining areas... or do take out (which I do most of the time) fast, friendly, services - helpful staff.

The Lunch menu was standard stuff, but the soup tasted like it had been made a year ago and the salad was one tomato and 3 lettuce leaves. The Hunan Chicken was also terribly burnt. So was the Shrimp. Most Buffets server better food than this place.

My wife and have been coming here 2 to 3 times a month for a year and never had a bad meal. Price is great!! Sushi is amazing and we get the same personal service every time. We when do go elsewhere we compare it to Lotus Inn and Lotus always wins!!

I used to go here a lot (for takeout) then started going someplace else. Recently we ordered from Lotus Inn, both times the food was not nearly as good as it used to be. In fact most of it was downright awful Will try someplace new tonight

The sushi chef walk out the bathroom without washing his hands. When I complained to the manager she gave most ridiculous excuse ever. Their excuse was he didnt wanna wash his hands while i was there.

The waiter is not too friendly..... food is mediocre....but when I togo my left over, i found a dead bug in my togo bag for the tempura...ew...
