Decent cheap Chinese restaurant. The food was way less greasy than similar Chinese restaurant of this type, but overall the food was on the bland side of things. The wonton soup and chicken lo mein did not have much flavor, while the chicken and basil was a little bit better due to the spiciness of the dish. The restaurant is clean and the people are friendly.

This place stands out in a sea of similar businesses that offer food that is usually passable. However, at Ruby Cafe, the food they serve is very fresh and very delicious. Ruby Cafe stands as a delicious restaurant that also has a super nice family working behind the counter. Theyre very nice. Make sure to leave them a nice tip because they deserve it.

Very average Chinese food at premium prices. The place is clean and the people nice, but the fare is pretty pedestrian (even if you ask for extra spicy) and literally $2 more per lunch than China Star right down the street.
