I was regular customer here, like multiple times a week. The food, for the most part, is excellent, although portions can be small and it is hit-and-miss as far as quality. HOWEVER... customer service is atrocious. Today I went out of my way to go grab a bite to eat, tried calling multiple times to place an order...and arrived at 2:25 with no order placed. I walk in, and am TURNED AWAY, and told that the hot foods stopped at 2:30. They basically told me to leave without giving me any alternative, and this is not the first time...they owner and his wife/girlfriend can be quite rude and do not care at all about the customers. I recommend that you stay far away from this place!

Treated some co-workers to lunch and was disappointed. The female who took our order was not very friendly or welcoming. Coworker ordered water with lemon and was told they did not have lemon! Who doesnt have lemon? Especially when they are next to a Giant. The water was in a plastic cup with no ice and cloudy - settled on bottled water. Asked for ketchup and was brought a tablespoon of ketchup for 2 burger orders - asked for the bottle and was told they dont have bottles of ketchup! They give you a side of potato salad which was a tablespoon or less. When you spend 57+ dollars for a lunch meal you just expect more.

We had an extremely long wait for our sandwiches, almost 40 minutes. We also ordered drinks and a baked good, which we didnt get at all during that 40 minute wait either. We finally got our food, which was very good. They offered a full refund because of the wait, but because the food was good we told them we only wanted a half refund. The bill was $30, and then they only refunded $10....not half.

The workers are super friendly ,but the food was not so good. My friend and I ordered a small side salad, on the menu. It said it would have pepers,croutons, tomatos, goat cheese, cucumbers, and onions on it. It took 20 minutes for it to get out to us and when we got it all it had was tomato chunks and onions on it. Very disappointed..

What a great place for breakfast or lunch. The food is sourced locally as much as possible and is of the highest quality. Some items are pre-prepared but a lot is cooked to order. It does mean that some food can take a little while to arrive so be careful if youre in a hurry. However, its sure worth the wait if you do have time.

Loved this cafe so much! It has a wonderful and homey atmosphere with local art for sale and all locally grown food. It was also the best coffee I have ever had. The employees were wonderful and so was the food. I would highly recommended stopping by for a great breakfast or lunch.

Bad expereince and bad prices! Ordered the lobster mac and cheese for $10, I got it to go. It was about a half a cup of pasta with no nice chuncks of lobster. A total scam. The counter guy told me there was 4oz in it. RIP OFF. Always too long of a wait. I wont be back…

Food amazing. Coffee amazing. Employees very friendly. SUPER SLOW ! Lol. Ive been here 3x and it takes like 15+ min for bagel. But the food is so good. If your in a hurry probably not the place to go. But def a place Ill keep coming back to.

Great food and an interesting atmosphere. I have never had anything bad from this place. They have a very diverse menu without having a million things, just the right amount. And they are always changing their specials! Good coffee too!

Very unfriendly. The waitress couldnt even look at us when barely talking to us. Took forever to get our food. And the waitress never asked how our food was. Very disappointed.

Great local cafe! I love that I can go out for a meal and know that I am eating top quality food made with fresh local ingredients. I recommend the cheeseburger with bacon! mmm

Fresh, healthy, all-natural and great tasting food. Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. My only gripe is I dont like that the coffee is served in pump dispensers.
