Terrible online order service. Did not fulfill 1/3 of my order, and merely included a handwritten note on the packing slip saying refund unshipped items. They never did a refund, nor did they respond to my query to customer service via the website. Also, they dont answer the customer service phone number. So I went through PayPal, who got no response from them either. Happily, PayPal refunded the full amount of my order.

This concept is pure genius. Anyone with a Keurig would LOVE it. I know we do. So many coffee and tea choices, from choc chip cookie flavored to turbo, and very affordable. So much better than buying a whole box of a flavor youve never tried.
