I am forced to use Subway since I work in the same building. It is close and pretty clean. Bur dont pay in cash. I paid in cash and the cash register did not work. They took my money and did not give me change. I asked them to give me some product equal to the change I should have received. Then, with my five dollar bill in their hand, they started saying that they did not owe me any change. I contacted the owners by email on their web page, to give them a chance to make it right and didnt hear back. Losing my change may not seem like a big deal to people who have a lot of money, but it was a big deal to me.

Went in for my usual veggie foot long around 1:45 today (5/11/14), and after being served promptly and with a friendly demeanor by the female employee, found out that my sandwich price had been increased by 25 cents. I had cash minus the quarter, and decided to use my card, but instead the worker sacrificed a quarter out of her tips to help me catch my MAX on time. Great customer service was exhibited today!

worst customer service ever. the girl wearing glasses is so rude. we went inside and left for two minutes and got back, as soon as she saw us she was like "oh my god. are you getting something!!" , and when we asked about a certain sandwich if it was on the 6$ menu , she yelled "its not!! cant you see" and we left. Im reporting this . this was 10 minutes ago.

I have lunch at this Subway all of the time and I always get great service from everyone in the store. Definitely this beautiful girl that makes my sandwiches right down to the light lite mayo without me saying a word! Thanks Subway!!

After I bought my food, I asked the saleswoman if I could use the restroom. She said no and explained that people often do stupid thing in it! Until now I still wonder what kind of stupid thing she often do in that restroom.

Management does not want to maintain the facility, so bathrooms are permanently out of order (typed, laminated signs) which is not good if you want to wash your hands for hygienic reasons before eating.

They were out of some of their condiments and vegetables, and only one cookie left. The employees also didnt know very much about the menu or prices, but at least they were friendly.
