Originally, this place was excellent. Then ownership changed and it has steadily gone down hill. Our last meal topped it off. We will no longer be ordering from here. First, they gave us the wrong order (to-go). So we went back and yet again they gave us the wrong order. We said OK, too much work to return. We started dishing out the food it was soaked in oil and very sloppy. Also, the meat to slope ration was dismal. My kids usually eat anything (as do I) and we all turned our noses. Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Safeway makes a better to-go order for a fraction of the price. Sorry for the bad review but this was the last straw. We ended up throwing away all the food (yes, it was that bad)! We miss you Andy Chan. The place is not the same.

Ive been a customer for nearly 25 years, and I will still go their only I wont eat either of the Imperial Garden Chefs Specials (rice or noodles). Used to be these were pristine dishes with fresh meats, but now the rice is so awful (looks soaked with some odd sauce... UCK! and the chicken SMELLS SUSPECT. Mind you I do not know with certainty, but I do suspect the "House/chefs Specials" are made with steam table left-overs from the previous day... Bottom line the fresh food is truly worth a drive, but not the lunchen or chefs specials.... I got physically sick twice and now cant even smell the chicken dishes... Grins, but I still eat their as I cant even go in Ma Was..... Chans is a bit to simple dining for me... but good food!

After being to many Chinese restaurants by now, I feel like this place could be better. I had difficulty ordering a drink, if you dont want soda, alcohol or tea there isnt another option. The food tasted good but like some other reviews hinted at.. its not what youd expect. Fried Shrimp wasnt recognizable and the Fried Rice was just less white with a little bit of veggies. I didnt get a refill until I was done, I think one more staff member would make a big difference. We sat in the back and it was a little removed from their other customers. Anyways it was good, Ive been here many times, but again there is much better food elsewhere for the same prices.

Ive always had a delicious meal at Imperial Garden. The Hot & Sour soup is hearty and well balanced...just the right amount of tang, and not heavy handed on the pepper. Numerous times, I have ordered the Happy Family Entrée, Chicken & Snow Peas, Mongolian Beef, Pork Fried Rice, Potstickers, and Crab Rangoon (crab puffs). Each order has been consistently delicious, with generous portions, and ready for pickup in 15 to 20 minutes. I highly recommend this restaurant above others in the area.

This chinese restaurant had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Authentic oriental feeling to the restaurant set up. The chicken fried rice meal I got was good for the price so no complaints there, and it tasted well. I do believe the produce and the way the food is cooked and how it is cooked is on low standards for me. But I havent tried all of the menu. If youre looking for a good priced oriental meal and are in the area, then this is definitely the place to stop by!

Door handle had tile falling off it. Mold growing from a part of the ceiling. Missing and falling down ceiling tiles. Mold growing outside the building and paint coming off inside and out. Kind of a nasty place. Very poor service. Coke was nasty and tasted like water. Food was okay. They tried to take the plate twice before I was done with it and then they finally took it when I still wasnt finished.

My mother and I stopped by for lunch, and under $20 we got a beer each, General Tso (wonderful, not too spicy) and Marco Polo Noodles ($6 lunch special), Crap puff, egg roll, and a hot and sour soup. The manager was gracious and did not pester us at all, he even seated us in the back lounge area so we could chat privately. I recommend it to anyone in the area for lunch or dinner.

Since my father moved close to Imperial Garden three years ago, we have visited often. We find the food ALWAYS freshly prepared and delicious! If you love veggies order from the veggie menu! They are plentiful and not overcooked. Like more traditional American Chinese? Order from the combo plates. Really, this is SUCH a great value! And the service is great, the folks friendly.

Food was inedible. Kung Pao Chicken smelled like rotten peanuts and tasted like it too. Special Chow Mein tasted flavorless. Need to say the tab for all items was $40 and we were only able to enjoy the appetizer combo and white rice. On multiple occasions we have had poor food experience from here. Never going back.

Fresh tasting vegetables, big portions, and the prices were great. Some got the family styles dinners which was a huge amount of food for a flat price. Very fast service and the food took almost no time to get to the table. Only problem was that some of the food tasted just salty and not like much else.

We were a little leery when we read some of the less positive reviews but went ahead and went and are certainly glad the food and service were excellent. They have some of the best vegetarian options of any Chinese restaurant weve been to.

Super bland bbq pork, fried shrimp and spring rolls. Over priced for the quality of food. Paper wrapped chicken was made of pork and by far the best thing in pur dinner. The place smells of dirty wash cloth.

They use poor quality ingredients. Broken rice kernals are a good indicator as to the quality of there food. Over cooked meals and most items look as though they were prepared ahead of time and reheated.

Mongolian beef was a bit to salty and so was the egg glower soup. Beer selection was very poor and they shouldnt call it a lounge with very limited drink menu. But not horrible, ok food at an ok price

Dont eat here, the food may kill you. It was edible at first, but not good by any stretch of the imagination. Update a few hours later: to dust with this place. I puked and my boyfriend has diarrhea.

Not the worst "Chinese" food in the area. Kung Pao Chicken was more like Kung Pao Peanuts. The "fried rice" isnt fried at all. The beef with vegetables is probably the best dish on the lunch menu.

The staff is very informed on the menu and can offer several vegetarian options. General Tsos Eggplant is what I usually get but the sweet and sour tofu is also delicious!

Not the best environment, but some of the dishes are good. I would only go here if your expectations are not too high. For the $$ not too bad.

The staff are always so welcoming and very kind. We love the food here. The Shirmp chow mein and extra spicy General Tsos Chicken are good.

The food was only ok. I have tried this place twice now, and both times I wasnt impressed. Great service. So-so food. Decent value. 3 stars
