The young woman (Indian woman perhaps, pretty, pink jacket if I recall- if that helps to identify) started off with "what do you want?" right when I pulled into the driveway, not even close to the window or menu. I asked her if I could take a second to look at the menu, and she just walked away with no response. I met her at the window (there was no line, it was not busy), and she exclaimed "hi!", but then sharply said "oh, its you. Know what you want?" When she realized it was me. I could not have felt more unwelcome. She overcharged me for the wrong drink order, and left me frustrated and embarrassed, almost in tears, because it was already a difficult morning and I only went to grab coffee to force myself out of the house. Ive worked a very similar job before and I know how annoying customers can be, but believe me when I say this behavior was unprovoked and seriously unprofessional.

The guy with the tattoo sleeves at 174th and division (by Save a Lot) Dutch Bros is poising people. I get sick every-time he is working there but not ever when other people are working there. I got sick 6 times. Obviously I dont go there anymore. I am someone who never ever gets sick from super strong coffee or food anywhere at anytime ever, but every single time that guy was working like clockwork I got sick immediately from the coffee there.. beware the guy with the tattoo sleeves at Save A Lot Dutch Bros. Never got sick when the other employees were working there, only when he was. I only go to this Dutch Bros now at 138th and it is good.

I have long loved DBs simple "coffee" because its not bitter, but smooth especially with light cream. More than that, their latte drinks are flavorful if not a little over sweet. This specific DB will often have 2-4 cars in line, the walk-up window frequently has at least one person at it as well. That being said like most DBs their friendly and this one processes customers at a pretty good pace. Ive had quality control catch drinks and remake them, Im happy with them all told. Turning left from the driveway can be difficult due to light not far from driveway.

My fiance and I always have went to this dutch Brothers everyday for 3 years. Lol.. Yes we love coffee.. And the staff are great sweet and super friendly. Our favorites are Abbey, Mandy, Nikki, Lauren, and Beau. They are all great! They make amazing coffee and its a great price. Normally it would be 5 to 7 dollars anywhere else.. But we pay 2.75. Thats great! Thanks for being fast, efficient, and friendly.. You guys start out our morning great! :)

Im usually a Starbucks fan but recently I tried Dutch Bros and like it. So I bought 2 coffees and some smoothies one day and realized the next day that I went that I was charged $7.50 more than what I was supposed to pay. Every other day I have had great service and good coffee! You just have to pay attention to the prices though thats why they only get two stars!

I really wish these guys didnt think everyone already knows what they want when they go there. I wanted to order something different and it was like pulling teeth trying to get hold of a menu. I finally had to get emphatic when the young man was insisting on taking my order and refused to bring me a danged menu to look at first. Bring me a danged menu, guy!

I went to this store around 5.20 pm today june 01, 2010 & I brought hot kicker but is was so nasty no taste coffee & no sweet (the girl was made for me). I almost buy kicker 4 x a week with different location, but today the kicker is really not good, maybe because only $2??? I hope next time make real kicker even price cheaper. Thanks

I have asled for almond milk multiple times when ordering and get regular milk in the drink, in return for someone who is lactos intolerate get sick. Ive asked for extra sweet and itll be bitter. Ill hand them my stamp card and get it back with no stamps. Im not pleased with this place at all.

MY ABSOLUTE MOST FAVORITE DUTCH BROS ON THE PLANET!!!!! They know what I want before when they see my car pulling in. I definitely dont like all of the staff, however, the ones that I do like and know make it worth it every time I go which is usually 6 days a week.

Was told my debit didnt go through so I payed cash. Checked my debit transaction when I got to work and saw a pending transaction. Gave it 24 hrs and checked my account sure enough the debit transaction went through. Tried calling DB and it ringing busy for 2 hrs.

Ordered a drink with alternative milk (no cows milk) and the barista tried to serve me a drink with scraped off whipped cream. Since they added whipped cream (despite asking not to). Vegans and people with dietary restrictions be warned!

This Dutch Bros has some of the friendliest people employed there. They go out of their way to make your visit there a pleasant one and of course, as usual, the coffee is the best whether you get a hot drink or a cold one.

The employees are very dumb so might ask you your order multiple times or questions like whether you want water hot or iced, but the fare is pretty good. The drinks are strong and come out fast. The stamp cards are fun.

Good alternative to Starbucks. Focus is more on sweet drinks with espresso than hardcore coffees. Staff is very friendly, but not super organized or accurate when it comes to drink orders. Always doublecheck! :)

Ordered a blended mocha with coconut milk. It was awful. Probably would have got a better tasting drink from the Rescue Rooter truck parked next to me. Never again will they take my money.

Good Dutch Bros with normally great staff. Its a bit tough to get in and out of when its busy so either be prepared to wait, or better yet, park nearby and do the walk up window.
