This place is awesome! I have eaten at many Mexican restaurants, from Canada to Mexico, and many places in between! And I must say, "La Roca" is one of the best I have ever been to! La Roca is a very good restaurant, like I said, I LOVE Mexican food, and have tried many, and La Roca isnt what you would would call "pure" Mexican food, it is very authentic, but it is slightly "Americanized" but thats not necessarily a bad thing, just something I noticed The staff are very attentive, and very friendly as well, they will refill your drink often, and they help you feel very comfortable. Overall La Roca is a very amazing restaurant, purely because I have eaten at so many Mexican-style restaurants, this is amazing, just not the best I have ever had, and thats nothing to shake a stick at.

Very nice experience. The food was excellent and the staff were wonderful ... The owner was very generous with his time and we had a pleasant conversation (he speaks pretty good english, which is nice because my Spanish is, unfortunately, "no habla espanol"). The entre wasnt particularly spicy (oaxacan style), but the salsas (red and green) were both pretty spicy and the chips were warm and tasty. After I ordered my tamale and chile rellano, I noticed some of the other diners dishes and their seafood plates looked TERRIFIC ... Im going there tonight to have some La Roca seafood. AND, more chips and salsa.

My favorite burritos ever!! Literally the best burritos I have ever had. Authentic Mexican food is served there as well. I get the super grande burrito everytime I go to Lincoln city. It has three kinds of meat, rice, pico de gallo, beans, guacamole, and sour cream. Its $8.95 I believe and its HUGE!!!! The staff is very friendly as well. I bucket list item if you are a foodie like myself.

We have been coming to this small family-owned restaurant for more than ten years, every time we visit the coast. Consistently good, great sauces and chips. Recommend their Chile rellenos and burritos, the portions are huge! Good carne asada too. They also offer margaritas. Friendly service.

It was the worse Mexican food I have had anywhere in the world. The taco was a global of salsa with a little chicken piled upon 2, very small soft tortillas. The quesadilla was tastless. Its a good thing Im no longer a food editor because I would have said even more. Service was lazy.

Truly the best Mexican food on the coast, (some of the best Ive had anywhere for that matter). I cant say enough good things about La Roca, Ive never had anything I didnt like, and the staff is the best! If you dont stop here when youre in Lincoln City, youre blowing it...

Great people, family owned, been here many years. Always good food, always! My favorite is the chicken fajitas. The green sauce is out of this world, and the Pico is fabulous! Highly recommended this place. Im a long time local and its always been good.

Great food. Carne Asada plate had really good flavor and serving sized were huge! The fajitas could have fed a large family easily! Only complaint was the size of the restaurant....pretty tiny and felt a bit crowded...but food was great.

We stopped, purely by chance on our way to Portland. What a pleasant surprise! Great mexican food, really tasty & generous serves. We had the taco salads, they were great, if youre passing stop for lunch you wont be disappointed.

La Roca is a bad eating place there is not many eating choices and they dont come up and take your order you have to go up there and place your order and they take for ever to make the food
