This is an annual tradition for our family for New Years, Christmas, and Easter!! Gotta love a Cinnabon mini-bon!! I personally have never had a bad service experience at this Cinnabon; generally they are out-going and very courteous. The rolls can be a little pricey so I look for the coupons.

Their customer service was horrible! I was trying to make small talk and received a very rude look. They usually always have great customer service! Theyre typically super nice to me and know me! I was very disappointed!

I have never been treated so rude, then when I called to complain they tried to say nobody fitting that description didnt work there, then said they would have a talk with her. Ya, okay.

A sinfully delicious treat. Always warm and gooey. They give out free frosting on Fridays “Frosting Friday,” but you have to ask for it now.
