All I wanted was 6 minibons in one big box instead of 6 little boxes. She kept telling me they were out because she thought that I wanted the prefilled boxes of cold cinnabons. Even when I specifically said that I didnt want all of the little boxes just one big box she said no. There was a stack of boxes sitting right there and when I asked if I could have one of those they completely ignored me at first before telling me it would be $0.25 for the box. I then had to unpack all of the little boxes and move my minibons into the one big box. All of the ladies there were very rude, unhelpful, and argumentative. I dont understand why it was such an unreasonable request and required me unpacking all of my stuff when they could have just done it for me intially. What ever happened to customer service because it does not exist at this place.

Out Christmas shopping with the family, stopped by to grab a drink for my daughter, we were in line when a friends of the employee stopped by, cut their way to front of line and had their friend the employee, make drinks for them. Didnt know that Cinnabon gave away free drinks and cinnamon rolls! Few minutes later and still waiting in line, the other employee gave her friend freebies....why hell are we in line if Cinnamon gives freebies!!!! Please make sure you stop in and ask for the employees friends discount. ***Went home talked to both my kids that, these employees are stealing from their employer...and these idiot employees were stealing away from me my time waiting in line and all the other customers. Disgusted.

Stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon. Asked how fresh the rolls were, stating that I wanted really fresh as they were going to be a surprise for my daughter-in-law who was giving birth to our granddaughter the following morning. I was assured they were "really, really fresh". The following day, when our daughter-in-law was up to it, we celebrated with Cinnabons. Much to my dismay, they were very stale. I went back to the booth the next day, and was treated with total disrespect. I just wanted to let the girl know that the product was stale. I didnt ask for my money back or any new product. I just wanted to let them know that the product was not good. She lost a regular customer by her bad attitude.

Drove to the mall to purchase a pack to take home, they were out of the packs so I said I would buy 6 of the hot ones although they are more money. The girls would not sell them to me because they had only 8 baked. They would only sell me 4 so my family would not have enough. Totally unfair and rude. They need to know the simple concept of supply and demand. They failed to make enough and would not even sell me the what they had.

Ive been there three times in the past couple months and every single time they did not have center of the rolls made. And the other two times they had zero regular sized cinnamon rolls made at 3pm, and when I asked when they would be available they said not until the next day. The staff arent very forgiving or nice about have running out either.

Went there and wanted to purchase 6 pack of rolls but they would not take my $50 dollar bill. What is the deal with America, cash is worthless. Why would they rather pay a percentage on a card then take cash. Makes no sense. I will not be purchasing from cinnabon ever again. Why should I be embarrassed to use cash for purchases!

Customer service was great! Everyone always looks happy and are always there to talk to you! Cinnabons are always freshly made and ready to eat! I highly recommend their mini buns with extra frosting! My day just becomes better after them!(:

everything in the unit is clean and neat, rolls are always fresh, the workers are always smiley and friendly even when they get some rude customers here and there. Definitely a regular customer !
