Modern, quick, and tasty was this downtown favorite for salem. My experience however was not one to bring me hurrying back. First thing I noticed when I walked in was that the music was way to loud for as slow as it was. I dont mind some background noise, but I could barely have a conversation with my fiancee about which of the flavors she wanted. There actually were quite a few options. My second issue was the furniture. I couldnt tell if there was too much of it, or if it was not laid out well, and the leather seemed like it has had better days. Lastly, was the price. Frozen yogurt is pretty convenient when you can walk in pay and leave, however I can do the same thing at Safeway for half the price. I feel as though the rates arent unreasonable, but for two half full containers to be over $15 seems a little ridiculous. My suggestion to the owner is to add a flat rate for customers who dont want toppings, and to replace and or move the worn out furniture. I was however satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the dessert, and the overall experience.

After reading reviews from a few years ago I was afraid to try out the froyo place but I have to admit, they must have taken their customers reviews at heart and made a major turnaround. The reviews werent that bad to begin with but one bad review makes all other great reviews unnoticable. Ive been there abt 10 times this year and each time was seriously a great experience. I would highly recommend trying this spot (again in some cases). Salem is limited on things to do with your family and great yogurt spots but I have to admit, this is a favorite hanging spot for me and my girls plus we get to enjoy amazing froyo. They have a ton of toppings which you dont see often at a froyo shop now days. I say give it another shot like I did. Im sure you will be inpressed as well.

I went into the downtown Frozation for the first time for an open mic poetry reading. The interior was clean and modern, with plenty of toppings and yogurt flavors. I enjoyed my particular yogurt bowl. However I am giving this location a 4/5 because the cashier did not know how to process my Buy In The Mid Valley card discount - which gives me $1 off my purchase. She was very nice as I explained the offer and she gave me the discount. Other than that it was a delicious experience. :)

I was there on 9-12-2013 @ 10pm and received the worst customer service experience that Ive had in a long time! I am a polite customer and try to be laid-back but the cashier went out of her way to be down right unpleasant, unprofessional, and snide with me and my brother. Thankfully the product was good and the selection of topping was spot on. Had we been treated with courtesy this could have been a five star review. Ive had better service from a vending machine.

Ive been here twice and both were somewhat disappointing experiences (this past weekend and a couple of months ago). Both times the yogurt was more liquid than solid (think slush instead of frozen). The toppings were limited and a little wet due to the refrigeration and condensation buildup. I will be in search of another frozen yogurt place in Salem.

I know a lot of people like this place. I do have to admit, the inside has a cool vibe. But honestly, the frozen yogurt is nasty. I enjoy frozen yogurt that is organic/all-natural and this is far from it. The fruit was also not very fresh. I will never have frozen yogurt from here again.

I liked the atmosphere and seating but they had a small selection of "yogurt" and not enough fresh fruit. Great for giving kids cavities with a huge selection of candies and syrups, but if you are looking for something healthy, this isnt the place for you.

Not impressed, the service was lazy and not very willing to answer questions. Plus they give you quite the run around if you need to use the restroom. Prices were nothing special but the dessert was good.

The topping selection is vast and varied, and the flavors of the yogurt are all very good. Everything is fresh, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend anyone to this place!

This was my first time to Frozation. The sprinkles were nasty. They tasted like black licorice and they were not labeled that way. Also, I didnt like the selection of frozen yogurt.
