Usually I have no issue with this KFC. A bit slow, but usually great customer service to offset the slow. Today, the guy taking my order seemed to have NO idea what he was doing in regards to my drinks. I asked for 2 rootbeers. I understand i should have asked when ordering, but forgot, so I asked for them at the window. He got antsy and I dont think he knew i could hear him thru the little crack of the window he left open. He was kind of panicking over the root beer not working. Another co worker had to tell him to ask me what other drinks I wanted. So I told him, and the other co worker gave me my food and had to cash me out because the 1st guy didnt do so. Co worker apologized, which is appreciated. I understand how easy it is to get frustrated in a fast food drive thru, as ive worker several fast food drive thru myself. However, there was only one person ahead of me and absolutely nobody behind me.

I am a lifelong fan of KFC including the old standards, cole slaw, mashed taters and gravy. Plus bonus-this location includes A&W burgers, corn dog nuggets, cheese curds, root beer floats, etc all in a decent location. The reason the 5th star is missing from this review is the notorious slowness in general, especially the drive-thru. USUALLY, the slow is offset by friendly, customer servicey people.

theyre just incompetent here. had me park to wait for my food, thats fine. but they bring out my food and tell me to have a nice day and luckily i realize they didnt get my float. turns out their ice cream machine hadnt froze yet but they were going to let me just leave without whay i paid for. then waiting for the float, my food is guaranteed cold with how long they took. KFC has fallen far

Very sad there is no Buffet anymore. Also green beans are not on the menu anymore. The plus is you get to pick your side with their two piece Box Meal. So you have a choice of mashed potatoes and gravy, baked beans, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, french fries, and sweet corn.

They did not get my order right, tried to charge me for their mistake, forgot our drinks, had no napkins available, and the fountain station was very dirty!
