I went with my mom to buy a gift card and have some coffee. The staff was friendly. I got a bagel with my coffee. The bagel was pretty good, although I prefer Target bakery for asiago cheese bagels. They had zero sugar free flavors so we just got coffees. The coffee was HORRIBLE! I tried the dark roast - it was bitter and burnt tasting. Mom tried the light roast - it tasted like dirty water! We tried the hazelnut on the way out. It was boring and flat, not flavorful as it should have been. Go for the breads, not the coffee!

Ive only been here once, but the food was great, especially the bread they gave me as a side. The employees where helpful in finding me the right Sandwich and patient when I asked what was on some multiple times. When I found a seat and was given my food the man who was catering that area consistently asked if I was doing okay and made sure I needed nothing else. The downside to the place is its quite expensive for someone of my pay grade.

Didnt have the best experience. Waited in line for a few minutes, was never acknowledged and there were more than enough people behind the counter, and then a new register was opened at the other end of the counter to check out people that had just come in the store. Wont be visiting this location nor recommending it to anyone. Have never had this problem at the one in South Tulsa.

The things I like at panera are really good, however there are only a few things. Kudos on broccoli cheese soup, mac and cheese, and maybe one sandwich. I dont enjoy the bread, its usually hard so it isnt as fresh as you would think. Also, their pastries are always disapppionting (ex. soggy, greasy cookies).

Panera is pretty expensive so definitely not my favorite place to go, but the food is good. Also they have made all the fancy teas & lemonade available amongst the normal fountain drinks so you can try them all for unlimited refills! Makes the drink price more worth it.

Gotta be honest.....I had ordered a large ham and cheese on rye...I didnt love it, but ate most of it. it was 2 sandwiches which was weird. Very bready.....next time ill order it on a onion bun or hoagie/sub. Lettuce was overwhelming. Needed more mayo.

We frequent this Panera regularly and always have a good experience. The service is always fast and the food is always fresh and the orders are correct. There is a busser who loves kids and always wants to tickle our baby he is a nice man

I love the Fuji Apple Chicken salad. I love having WiFi, as I usually eat alone here and relax a bit. Always clean, food is always good and the staff is very cordial and efficient. Has a neighborhood vibe.....I look for that.

Decent place to sit for awhile and use the WiFi, think, take care of emails and just throw your headphones on if you have work to do. Im trying to learn about Android Development and its a good place to study.

Great quality food and a bit more interesting than your typical "sandwich shop", but still, a bit pricey for what you get. Two half sandwiches, two cups of soup, and two bags of chips was a nearly $25 lunch.

Not sure how to rate this place. My sandwich was great but the kids cinnamon rolls were hard as rocks. Half the staff was polite but some others were very rude. I definitely wont be back.

It was my first Panera experience. The sandwich I got was great. The salad lettuce was brown. I just put the green goddess dressing on and tried to ignore it. Otherwise it was good.
