After seeing the food my co-workers brought back a few times to the office, I stopped today for the first time. I doubt I will be back. Granted I stopped at lunch today around 12:30 and placed a carryout order in person, so I was expecting a bit of a wait. It was busy. I ended up waiting just over 30 minutes for a Kung Pao Shrimp Rice Bowl and the Spicy Seafood Noodle soup. Customers that came in after me (both carryout and dine in) received their food first and the group of four that ordered (dine in) right in front of me, received their food, ate and left before I received my order. I noticed at least two other tables come up and inquire about their food as well, so I dont think it was just me feeling that the wait but a bit lengthily. The most disappointing part was I was told a couple times my food was next, that it would not be much longer, etc. When I mentioned that I had been waiting nearly 30 minutes rather than a "Im sorry, let me check", I was told "that it had only been 20". She was almost argumentative about it. When I commented that the receipt was time stamped and I knew how long I had waited, she just turned around and went back in the kitchen. When my food finally came out there was never any type of apology for my wait, etc. The food was good, but if this is typical of the service you wont have many returning customers including me.

Im honestly confused how anyone has liked this food. We ordered several items and I have never been more disappointed. The cheese rangoons were extremely burnt and several were still full of oil. The chicken tasted like it was three hour old leftovers from a buffet line, oily and hard. The shrimp tasted like chicken, not shrimp. The lo mein noodles tasted like theyd come out of a can of chicken noodle soup; soggy, chicken flavored, and bland. The egg drop soup tasted like egg whites boiled in chicken broth but lacking in any other normal seasoning. The General Tso chicken was burned and hard. The beef lo mein was possibly the least bad, only being excessively bland. Normally a restaurant may have a bad dish or occasional mishap. I understand that, but every single element of the food was revolting. We couldnt stomach eating it and had to go get food from somewhere else.

Food is above average for the price. I started trying to call them today at 11:50, the phone was busy until I got there around 12:20. I asked if their phone was off the hook, was told no by an indifferent cashier. Another young lady that works there picked it up and the cashier told her someone was holding......the person was gone. I was told the phone was ringing off the hook, it rang once while I was there for the 30 minutes it took to get my food. The cashier put them on hold and put the phone down. They dont need my money so I wont go back. I dont see how they stay in business, the dining room was about 20% full. Be forewarned, they make one dish at a time, Takes about 6 minutes per person (I timed it, had plenty of time). If you are 5th or 6th in line, plan on being there a while.

My husband highly recommended it after a lunch trip with colleagues. So may be I was expecting a bit too much. It took a while for the food to come, which I didnt mind. I was happy that my food was made fresh. The portion size was good for the price and it smelled wonderful. The vegetables were perfectly done. Crunchy and flavorful. But one bite and I had to throw it away. It was way too salty. I mean our salt intake is low, but we frequently eat outside and have never requested low sodium and saltiness has never been an issue. Other than that the staff was pleasant and helpful. Lets see, next time, if we request less salt, how does it turn out. Other than the over saltiness, the food was really flavorful.

Not a bad Chinese place. The food is cheap and portions are large (I can often make 2 meals out of an order). The food lacks something that other Chinese restaurants do, though I cant put my finger on what. It might be the sauces they use or that the chicken isnt seasoned/cooked enough. Its worth stopping in every now and then though. I enjoy their Mongolian Beef the most.

We order here for convenience- and because the fried rice is super good. But the delivery times are way too long. I did talk to the manager today and he was very helpful- hoping they can get some new staff members to help them out during busy lunch times so we can all be happy! I had to edit and take a star away due to us finding out the shrimp is not properly cleaned!

Great fast and friendly delivery service but cant make up for poor quality food. Ordered cashew chicken and it was a bland watery mess. Chicken was more fat and gristle than meat, sauce was so watery it pretty much ruined the rest of the ingredients. Portion seemed generous for the price but that doesnt matter when the food isnt worth eating. Would not recommend.

This was by far the worst Chinese style food i have ever had. I ordered beef lo mein, hot & sour soup and spring rolls. The noodles were more like Roman noodles (without the seasoning packet), the soup was super plain and the spring roll had a little cruch with the taste of something like cabbage.

Fast service, delicious food, and cheaply priced. I would recommend calling ahead first and getting the take-out, as the sit down service can take awhile if they are busy. The staff are extremely kind and courteous. Would recommend to anyone who wants quick Chinese food. YUMMY!

The service is just okay, but the food is absolutely delicious. Even the gluten free meals!! It tasted like its home made comfort food.... even though nothing like this could ever be made at my home. I love the food here and I intend on returning with more people!

The food I always great and the price is reasonable. Hot and fresh, especially their mushrooms. The only downside is that parking can be an issue and they dont have a carry out line for people to quickly pickup carry out orders when they are busy.

My new favorite place for Chinese cuisine. Kung Pao chicken was fantastic and also the Chicken Lo mein. Service was carryout and was quick and easy, although there was not a crowd. Cant wait to try the Beijing Zajiang Noodle dish.

We tried this place today, got orange chicken and sichuan spring bean. Both of them are amazing! The orange chicken was so tender and juicy. The string bean had perfect spicy. Great food at great price!

The food was good and the staff was friendly. The prices were a little high for just the entree, no roll. There seemed to be only one cook that made each dish one at a time, so it was a little slow.

The name does not lie. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Portions were large. Great choices for vegans and vegetarians. My favorite dish was the eggplant and tofu. Highly recommend this place.
