I have eaten at the China Gourmet on one occasion, but I dont believe a return is in order. I was out with my girlfriends family, and while I found my dish, the Conch which was ok but a bit salt, to be satisfactory not many other people agreed. Most complained about a over salting in many of their dishes. My girlfriend ordered a chicken dish and complained that her sauce was too thick and had no other taste than salt. Additionally, the time it took to get our check was longer than normal. It appears that the prices are fairly low, but only as long as you get Sweet and Sour Chicken and other run of the mill dishes. I probably will not return.

I dont know how I was tricked into eating in this place. Ive been to prison before, I never wanted to go back. Jokes aside, I cannot think of a reason to give it 2 stars. White rice - dry and crunchy (day old rice should only be used for fried!). Fried rice - burnt soy sauce flavor. Sweet and sour chicken - fine minus a few spongy and overcooked pieces. Steak kew - does a butcher with a meat cleaver for an arm juliene your onions? And lastly, both the spring and egg roll lacked a sweet chili sauce. Dont go here. Just stay in prison.

Late Night dine in. Customer service was excellent, even from the owner himself. Food was freshly and quickly delivered but portion was small, price was right and ambiance is a bonus. Great place for a gathering or lunch date. I Recommended.

This place is ridiculous...the cashew chicken had no flavor, the menu items were way overpriced. I shouldve just went to P.F. Changs at least there I know what Im getting. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Been going here since I was born, food is always excellent and the staff are great. Definitely recommended if your looking for an upscale Chinese Restaurant.

Had great food with a good decor. However, we spent $70.00 for two people and we were out the door in 40 minutes. Not what we expected for $70.00.

The dumpling appetizer was amazing but the Szechwan stir fry was not hot. There were 6 in our luncheon party so I guess that made it difficult.
