I went last night 4/5/16, to pick up 6 Asian Zing, 6 Rising Sun, 6 Mango Habanero and 6 Carribean Jerk to go. I went in after 11pm and there was hardly anyone in there, except for a few people at the bar. I order and asked for my wings extra wet. The cashier told me the wait would be 15-20 minutes. I waited about a full 20 minutes and they finally gave me my order. They did not open the box to show me the wings like they normally do, so I checked myself. Thank God I did because the Asian Zing and Rising Sun barely had sauce. The cashier said she would take them in the back to re-sauce them and I waited 5 minutes when they were not even busy. I had to stick my head behind the counter to see what was taking so long to re-sauce wings. Then the cashier showed me the re-sauced wings and they looked no different. I could feel myself getting ready to explode so I told her they were good and walked out. I got home and this is when I really got upset. My wings were under cooked to where the skin was extremely soft. Also certain parts of the chicken still had read spots like blood and it was obvious that the chicken could have been cooked longer. I did not call the store to complain and I did not take the food back. It was after 12am at this point and I was beyond upset. I ate what I could and threw the rest out. I have never had a bad experience at this location, but you better believe after last night I wont be back! Im not for sure what those kids were doing and yes I am saying kids because there are a lot of younger people and teens working there. But they lost my business at this location. Give me under cooked chicken and you will never get another penny out of me. You would have thought as long as I waited, that the chicken would have been over cooked! I was wrong to assume.

Im new to Cincinnati, but Ive been to at least 20+ bars and taverns in the area. I used to bartend in Chicago and New York so I know the difference between half-ass service and those who really care. This place, without a shadow of a doubt, has the best service and most caring staff that I have encountered since moving here. These guys went out of their way to make sure my experience was enjoyable and I watched as they busted their behinds to make sure everyone else enjoyed their night as well. And when the night was done, the manager and bartender went out of their way again to make sure I got a ride home. Who does this anymore? Nobody. But these guys do. I also noticed that members of other bar and restaurant staff come by when theyre closed up. Usually when a place is deemed an industry hangout, thats a tell-tale sign that the place rocks. I can definitely say this is my new go-to bar. Not just because I love sports, but because I love going out and being treated like a friend, not just a customer. Great job Chris (my new favorite bartender) and the rest of the amazing team at BW3 West Chester.

Ordered two orders of wings and a large order of wedges over the phone last night. Waited for an hour and five minutes before someone decided to check on my order and by the time I arrived home, all the food was cold. I live four minutes away. So way to dick around and not be able to check simple to go orders. I run take out all by myself at Chipotle Mexican Grill, I even cook my food as the order comes in. Yet, you guys have a whole team. How many employees did it take to make sure my order was correct? The answer is five. Two to cook, two to put the four boxes in a bag, and one to stare at the rest of the take out customers. You guys suck major.

Honestly, I had a pretty good time here. Theyve got all the beers bw3 offers on tap (mostly) and the service was quick and attentive. Im new to town from Jacksonville and I went and watched my jags blow a 17 point lead, but all the people around me were cheering them on and were high fiving me. The food was also well prepared. Ive been to some crummy bw3s and its not a good experience at all, like I didnt get my water refilled at all one time and my wings were cold and barely touched with any sauce, but this place gave me everything I wanted. Maybe not a winner every time, but Ill be coming back every Sunday.

What a piss poor restaurant. My fiance and I ordered 2 small orders of wings and proceeded to wait 30 minutes. In that time the waitress never came by to check on us. Finally got ahold of her and asked for the check to pay our drinks and she walked away not saying a word. The manager came by with our obvious cold food and asked if we wanted it boxed. We declined as we wanted hot cooked food. I know better now to never come to this one again. Im staying loyal to my BW3 on Colerain Ave.

Not even busy and we waited more than 10 minutes before we saw a table that came in after us greeted by a server and got drinks. The person who took us to our table walked passed us three times and made no effort to get a server for us. We decided to walk out and someone who could have been a manager saw our menu still on the table and just let us walk. On our walk out the person who seated us told us to "have a good day"! One of the worst places I have been to yet.

I love this BWW! I come here almost every week and have never had poor service! My food is always exactly what I expected - they are very consistent! The beer is cold and the food is hot! We come here for happy hours after work, social gatherings with friends and for big games! Chrissy (bar server), Chris (bartender) and Nate (team lead) are fabulous and always make us feel welcomed and appreciated! Definitely recommend going here!

They close at 1am buy last call is at 1215. WTF? 45 mins early? Lame. The bald headed male bartender with a beard just wanted to go home. It was 45 mins before close and the whole bar was closed down. Then while we waited for our food he sat down by the entrance and chatted/gossiped. 25 mins for a small to go order of boneless wings. Horrible! Telling every GE employee NOT to come here cause of him.

The service was decent, but the food was pretty terrible. To sum up, the teriyaki wings that I took home tasted way better after I wanted them off under the faucet... They were that over slathered in sauce. The diet Pepsi tasted off, like it was unfiltered or something. The celery was great, Ill give them that. Probably would give them another try, but a little too expensive at that quality.

Visited here on a weekend getaway and was satisfied with both the food taste and service. I really liked the convenient location, right next to the Hilton Garden Inn where we were staying, as well as other lodging in the area. Nothing about our visit here blew me away, but I had no complaints either - being tired and hungry after a long day of sightseeing, Ill certainly take that!
