Though we always have a great experience at this location today was not good. We ordered 3 lunch buffets and there was 4 pizzas on the bar and almost everything had olives or pork. Took forever to get our salad i had to get up and walk to kitchen to ask for refills for all our drinks. Tables in dining room were left dirty the whole time we were there. Mackenzie was not a good server today.

I had placed my order. It was over $50. I was ordering for my father. The employee asked for the zip code to the credit card. I asked her to hold so she could speak with him. I put the phone on mute because there was a lot of background noise. As soon as I did. The employee began bad mouthing me. I was shocked at what was said and cancelled my order.

Opened my pizza and the whole thing was smashed to one side of the box as if carried sideways, called and explained and asked to speak to a manager was treated ignorantly on the phone and was put on hold for 20 mins before the call went busy. Rediculous.

This is the second time I have placed an order and they cancelled it without informing me. We are waiting around for our pizza to arrive and attempting to get ahold of them is about impossible as calling your insurance company.

Never received refills and their buffet sucks! They need to put a good variety of pizzas out. Some people dont eat red meat. They need a salad bar!
