If I could give this place a zero rating I could. I kept trying to give this one a chance, but I have had enough of it and Im never going back. They throw your flat breads in a giant heap in the to go containers, so half your flat bread falls out when you open the container. They toss your bagels toasted in a bag without any wrapping at all, regardless of if they are different bagels or not. The ice coffee and ice tea is always empty. The customer service here is terrible. No greeting whatsoever, employees are even rude, and I have never had one say "Have a nice day" Frequently forget utensils on Rapid Pickup orders. I once used Rapid Pickup for a bagel toasted with cream cheese. I waited 15 minutes and went to pick my bagel up, the order had not even been started yet, and the employees were goofing off behind the counter. I would fire all of them. In the drive Thru I have even been rudely asked " Do you want your change?" Um, yes I do. Why would I tip someone with horrible service.

Fresh food, variety of foods for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, awesome coffee, and extensive bakery items make this one of my favorite restaurants around. Their recent changes towards using more natural ingredients in their foods has made all of the difference and has improved the taste of their soups and sandwiches dramatically. That being said, they are a soup and sandwich shop, with a bakery attached, so dont expect too much variety between types of food available. Slightly more expensive than other locations nearby but the fact that i have yet to have to return an item because it was prepared wrong or that i have never received the wrong order makes it with the extra buck to me.

3rd try here, first time was terrible service, cold coffee full of grounds and spoiled half n half. Tried again about a year later and everything was great, went back a month later and when i tried to get coffee I got a cup of grounds and to make it worst it was stone cold, they made more, brought it to me and it had grounds floating all through it, went to get cream and the spout was all gross and had curdled cream all over it. Found another cream across the room to use. My friends tomato soup was cold. Definitely not worth the $25.00 we spent. Will not be a 4th time, we are done!!! P.S. the poor Wi-Fi matches the poor service

Mediocre at best. Ordered bagels a week in advance for pickup on Christmas Eve. The owner called shortly before pickup time and informed us that the order had just appeared on his screen and he didnt have our bagels. He tried his best to make it right but couldnt really fix our problem. It sounds like its not his fault but this doesnt make me want to come back to Panera in the future.

I really enjoy panera bread and come here often...today was hot and i stopped to order some takeout. I came home tired and hungry to a wrong order. Obviously not happy about having to go back to the store after a long day to make it right. I felt it should have been taken off my bill or a free sandwich for my next visit as a way to say sorry for the huge inconvenience.

I just went to the one in Niles Ohio. I went through the drive thru. 2 bowls of soup, she charged me for 3. One half sandwich and a grilled cheese sandwich (which, by the way, my teenage daughter can make better). And 2 pops...... $30!!!!! None of the food was good. And who dont have crackers for soup??!! That is the last time I go there! Definitely not worth it..

I guess Im not as fussy as some here. Ive been here at least a couple dozen times and my family is always greeted nicely, food prepared the same as any other Panera, and the coffee is very hot. Its actually too hot, most of the time, but that is easily remedied. It sounds like the complaints were for the drive-thru, which I have never used.

Soggie pickle, whip cream, and stupid chips. So unbelievably pretentious and ubsurd. I was a fool for allowing myself to pay 20$ for a weak sandwich and a cup of coffee. Panera received one star because their marketing captured niche market which thrives upon consumer fetishism!

Ive lost 10 pounds eating several salads a week, at the one in Niles and Stow were I work! Great service and great food at both! Just wish the takeout was as large as the eat in. The salads are always smaller through the drive through, I use the same size bowl at home

Great Food !!! Our toasted sandwiches were fresh and they didnt skimp on the steak either. Our food was made promptly and the staff on our visit were were super friendly" with us ( = great tip). The restaurant was clean and had a new appearance.

Got a salad to go and realized there was nothing to eat it with after I left. I was on break from work. Had to come back and the drive thru line was packed and zero parking spots. I ate my salad with a spoon I found at work.

The service was awful. They yelled at me and said i couldnt order two salads with the my pick two, when the drive thru kid is the one who did it that why. They had such bad service, I will not go back.

We like Panera, but are less than impressed with this particular store. We waited forever for a sandwich and salad when it wasnt very busy, then my husband finds multiple hairs in his sandwich.
